- In 1978, moviegoers discovered one of the most iconic figures in horror, Michael Myers. Halloween, the John Carpenter-directed classic, became synonymous with the holiday, and it launched the career of the film's star, Jamie Lee Curtis. And now, we are finally coming to the end of David Gordon Green's trilogy with Halloween Ends!

"TRICK OR TREAT, MOTHA-F**KAH!"
Saw it tonight. I didn't hate it. It took chances. There were things i liked. Things I didn't. I give it a 6 out of 10. At least we get to hear "Don't Fear The Reaper" in the end credits 🤷🏼♂🤷🏼♂
Wowwww you are like the 15th person that gave that rating score , am very nervous to watch it lol but I your comment is on point🤙🏼🎃
Movie sucked. It's like this is the best they can come up with.
There is absolutely nothing redeeming about this movie lol
Yea I saw it today as well. It was cringe. There were some good parts but the majority of the movie made no sense it just got stupid in my opinion until the end. I was disappointed because it was actually boring. I’d say 4/10
Nailed it
I know it won't be a masterpiece, but I just love seeing these movies in theater around halloween.
This movie is dogshit.
it doesn't even feel like a Halloween movie. it's trash
@@bonesmacgones7502 if you want something that feels like a Halloween movie there are 12 other movies in the franchise. I don’t really get that argument. They backed themselves into a corner with 2018 and the only way to have this movie would have been to do whatever they did or just recreate 2018 but with Michael and Laurie even older than last time. It did feel unnecessary, though. If they wouldn’t have been greedy, Kills would’ve been a good way to end this trilogy, especially if they got Laurie to leave the hospital and join the mob.
@@thatfishguy4991 Nah I don't think this is a fair criticism. You go into a Halloween movie expecting it to feel like a Halloween movie. That doesn't mean it needs to follow a cookie-cutter formula but you need to nail the vibe/aesthetic/tone of a Halloween movie. Especially when this movie is marketed as the conclusion to the original saga
@@Tony_Pesta I feel like it fit the vibe of Halloween well. But the plot was definitely significantly different from any other Halloween movie.
All I want to know is does "Evil die that night?
Evil doesn't but the franchise certainly does.
According to laurie. ''Evil doesn't die. It changes shape'' lol
Can’t wait for Halloween Resumes!
lmao
Halloween re-emergence
Omg, yes! Please..... asap!!!!! But NO COREY CUNNINGHAM!!!!!! Long live Michael Myers!!!!!
Halloween: Sorority Row
I know everyone involved with the Blumhouse Halloween trilogy is a fan of the franchise and has worked very hard to make the best films they can however this final entry simply left me cold I couldn't be more disappointed it's a 1 out of 10 for me.
I don't know man, like......thats it? The main fight lasted what? 5 minutes????
I agree
Imcredibly frustrated with this movie and this is coming from a Halloween fanatic
4/10 for me. Gave it an extra point for some of the kills, which were pretty gruesome.
It’s a 6/10 at best for me, the movie had mostly shit and boring moments, doesn’t really kick until Michael finally gets his ass out of the sewers, but some parts really got me hooked:
When the movie first opened up with Corey babysitting the kid, I was immediately intrigued as I had the feeling some horrible tragic shit was about to go down, then it does when the kid dies by Michael dropping him off the balcony and Corey being blamed by the mother for his death and inadvertently suspicious dialogue when being trapped in the closet. After he’s arrested and the title card kicks in I immediately got Tommy Jarvis/Final Chapter-Jason Lives vibes from him. I was intrigued by the thought that he was gonna be the Final Guy of the movie and help bring down Michael once and for all with the help of Laurie & Allyson. Then as the movie goes on, we see Corey post kid-death being seen as the local crazy guy, pushed away by society and civilization like Tommy was in The Final Chapter, A New Beginning & Jason Lives (Which also reminded me of the man from 2018 & Kills that jumped off of the hospital window to escape the mob, which made me sympathize with Corey even more). We get some great heartfelt moments in the process with Corey getting treated like human trash by the high schoolers excluding the girl who wasn’t with it (Who would’ve been a great survivor btw). Then we get another by Corey going to the hospital with Allyson being there and starts tending to him, that’s when I noticed that they’re starting to develop feelings for each other, so Me, sitting in the theater is think “NICE! So we’ve got both a Final Guy & Final Girl, I wonder if they took inspiration from F13t.”
Now that my good review is out of the way, time for the BAD:
After we get some solid character Development from Laurie, Allyson, Corey and etc, this is it all starts going downhill. It’s been so long into the movie atp and Michael hasn’t even made a single appearance so I start to grow curious as I thought Michael would’ve at least made an appearance by now. Then after another seemingly great CD Moment when that rich jock from the high schoolers gang throws Corey off the bridge, he mysteriously gets dragged into the sewer line and I’m finally pumped up because that means the ONE OBVIOUS thing, MICHAEL MF MYERS! Then Corey wakes up and like anyone else to is curious as to how tf he got in this place, he stumbles around a little bit until the main man Michael grabs him and finally makes his long awaited appearance. As Mike’s choking Corey he for some reason briefly hesitates and looks into his eyes which was odd to myself and my fellow viewers in the theater. Then he brakes free somehow and I started thinking “Ahhh I see now, Michael must’ve remembered him as the boy that was present when he killed the kid. This was before they threw all the mystique and intrigue I had down the crapper with the lame 2 killer reveal. After all that nice character Development and buildup with what me and the audience thought was the preparation of the male protagonist hero of this timeline’s newest entry into the saga gets thrown away. Corey’s reduced to nothing more than a scrawny guy doing what Michael should’ve been doing. While all of this is happening it’s also taking away from the story of Michael & Laurie. This is why I also felt like the final battle, although still kind of awesome, was rushed and had its meaning stripped down to bits. Although the bad is going on, some good happen like Laurie faking suicide to lure in what We thought was Michael into a trap which was so good for the buildup. Then it’s revealed to be Corey who stole Mike’s mask (Which got me turned off even more from the movie as there’s no way he could’ve gotten his mask off so easily, and before anyway says anything, the only reason Karen got the mask off in Kills was because she knocked him out with an equalizer briefly.) The saving Grace for the later parts of the movie IMO are the kills, which were awesome in spite of the bad, directionless and soulless plot of the movie.
Overall rating: 6/10
(PS: My apologies for the super long reply, just wanted to air some constructive feedback/criticism on Halloween Ends)
I know its not gonna win awards or win over critics, but I'm still seeing in theatres on Friday (my wife refused to go though). I'm setting my expectations low, but still looking forward to seeing this trilogy completed. 🎃
have it lower, because without spoilers, just going to say it really feels like these people did not have a trilogy planned out when they made 2018
save yourself don't do it, it's the worst movie in the franchise
Save yourself the time and money. It's not even really a Halloween movie.

Watched Halloween Ends in the theater today. I’ll just say I’m glad I got a free ticket.
Halloween ended in 2018 😪
After seeing them all now I totally agree.
I saw it tonight and to me it really seemed all over the place from a narrative storyline. This films tries to be a lot of things all at once and doesn't really stick the landing on any of them. The final 15-20 mins however are great and worth wartching.
I would say the film feels closest in tone and character to Rob Zombie's version.
Definitely agree. And Allyson even feels very much like Laurie in RZ H2.
Unpopular opinion alert…I did a lot of bashing of this trilogy and did not enjoy this on the first time. But second time around I actually did enjoy it. Yes, it is not a traditional Halloween. Michael is pretty much sidelined…that said, it was less didactic and preaching as Kills and less sanctimonious than 2018….Laurie is presented here as a “realistic” idea of what Laurie from 78’ should have turned out to be from the beginning: a relatively sane, yet still traumatized victim of an event that utterly shook the foundation of her life. And NOW she’s moved on from it….ancillary to this, she meets a boy who committed an act that ended in tragedy for a family. And he will live out the rest of his life in Haddonfield with that “shadow of doubt” hanging over him. Laurie attempts to draw out this lost soul, not realizing that sometimes traumas make us stronger or make us weaker. Weaker for Corey (the dark side) and stronger for Laurie (coming into the light side). But the premise is essentially that that whiff of ghostly evil permeates our lives all the time. In someone you may never expect who can themself become a shell of a human, like Myers had. Evil manifests out of psychosis or boredom (michael); it manifests out of despair from always been ostracized and unfairly maligned (Corey) and it lingers generationally in what it brings about (in terms of psychic dispair (Laurie, Alison, Sheriff Hawkins, the townspeople). Halloween Ends is a fitting conclusion while hammy at moments. If you see it as an aside to the traditional michael Myers style slash fest, than perhaps YES it was disappointing. But a second viewing made me see otherwise. Or feel otherwise anyway.
How do you go from Halloween 2018 great movie to this & kills sucked too
What a shame. I really enjoyed the last 2 entries. This movie was a bait and switch. They destroyed the daughter character. There are plot points that make no sense. I feel like they left a lot on the cutting room floor, but should've cut more. This movie really could have been 45 to 60 minutes long and it would have been infinitely better. Thank God I didn't make it a theater night.
The new Hellraiser and Prey are far superior Halloween new releases.
Thank God for Peacock bc I would've been pissed paying for this. As far as I'm concerned,Halloween 2018 ended the Franchise in my books.
Ended after 1978 , one decent movie in 44 years 🤣🤣🤣🤣👀
Wait a minute, part 2 wasn't bad, and neither was part 4.
And each mkvie has something unique about it.
I don't think they knew how to end it.
I mean, come on, let's be real.
If something like the ending of Halloween 2018 and Halloween Kills actually happened, it would make international news.
The FBI would have gotten involved

Not on Peacock in the UK tho as UK don't get the full Peacock content only basic programs and films
I hope i can say the same. I've heard small UA-camrs (who's not a part of a big conglomerate of yt channels..no offense) say its not good. Its definitely mixed to the it's not good side!
🎥 Michael Lives: The New Beginning (2023)
🎃Here we go!
Starring: Busta Rhymes
Director: Dominique Othenin-Gerrard
I did not enjoy it, the opening did make me think it might at least be better than Kills. However by the end I felt like it barely beat out Resurrection.
I was also not a fan of how most characters, especially Michael, were portrayed. Despite trying some new and interesting things that felt like they didn't get the payoff they should've, it was also obnoxiously predictable. I knew at first glance who would die because of how obvious they made it, almost as tongue and cheek as Jason X holodeck, with the troupe fodder. Only trying to act more serious.
The kills were mostly uninspired, made especially disappointing given how vicious they were in Kills and only started improving towards the end.
Worst of all however, the pacing failed to build up any suspense for me and my friends; so it didn't feel like a horror movie or even a slasher. It still could've worked as a thriller, but with the aforementioned kills lacking it just felt like stretched out lead ups to jump scares.
Overall it felt weak, at times made no sense, and just felt like a poor (temporary) sendoff for the franchise and an improper conclusion to the storyline they started with the 2018 reboot/sequel.
Instead of a number rating, I'll just say that it was not fun or entertaining to watch. It is a better movie than Resurrection, but while Resurrection is worse; it to a degree becomes a so bad it's good; which makes Resurrection more watchable.
Queue the hate ... I did not mind it at all, it was different and for that I give it a B+
I feel like the entire movie was a waste of time, and nothing actually happened in the overall plot.
2018 is in my top 3, and I really think Kills was a decent movie outside of a few issues, but right now I have no urge to watch Ends again
I heard this movie is alright I'll go out and buy it when it come out on Blu ray
This movie was not NEARLY as bad as people make it out to be (surprise surprise, 🙄). I really appreciate this balanced review.
Seriously folks, we're talking about the franchise that gave us Curse of Michael Myers, Resurrection, and the Rob Zombie abominations. This could have been MUCH worse.
"EVIL DIES TONIGHT... maybe. Who knows. F%#$ it."
I loved the movie, it took me out of surprise for sure and I was disappointed but once I started thinking.. it is different but not a bad movie, I love it, at least it's not the same old shit we see all the time, its storytelling.. everyone whines about how Michael is to old to be killing on halloween night and there you have it people.. blumhouse got you what you wanted.
Yeah I see what you mean but in the movie that is conclusion to a 40 year "saga" of Laurie and Michael, those risky changes don't fit, especially when that risky bit kind of just rushes to an unsatisfying conclusion so we can get to the reason why everyone bought a ticket. Ironic that Halloween Ends uses the same color & font style of Halloween 3 because that too tried to be different than w hat came before, but the biggest difference was at least Season of The Witch didn't try to market itself as the next chapter in the Michael Myers story
I agree with you 100%. I feel it would be better as a middle movie of the series, or if the ending was different, and there was one more direct sequel after it. Otherwise, I enjoyed it as well and agree with your comments.
I also don't get Allison hooking up with some cop in his mid 40s.
Isn't she supposed to be like 21-22 in this movie?
It's TOTALLY different in a bad kind of way. Different doesn't equal quality. It's the worst horror movie ever made.
@@molasorrosalom4846 dont be so ignorant and blind, unless your from a rich, wealthy, and religious family than yeah.. but most people who tend to go through traumatic experiences tend to have addictive or high risk behaviors and it is common to have sex all the time after you went through traumatic situations just to escape your reality and emotions.
It was ok.. hyping the film & making sound good when it actually isn’t.. and have the lead slasher in the back burner while the plays out to be a lifetime show.. I was hoping for a better final battle where it felt satisfying
Kills was way better then ends. Wasnt enough myers in this one

My 2nd time seeing it still have mix feelings about it I think corey did a good job they made Michael myers look so weak in this movie
Up until the final battle when he was inexplicably ultra-tough again.
@@whobitmyname tru I hate the fact that corey had some type of power over Michael myers when corey stab himself he should of been dead
Corey was a terrible character. This movie was about him, not Michael. Michael was in the movie for like a total of 5 minutes. Hiding in the sewer. Corey easily kicked his ass. Made no sense considering in the previous movie he was a Jason like unstoppable killing machine. Now he is a broken down old man in the sewer who somehow regains his strength through a 20 something year old killing others?

I've found something to like about every Halloween film outside of Resurrection and the Rob Zombie films. I'm sure I'll have a good enough time watching this. I'm fine with them trying new things at this point. It's not like this film erases the older entries. I'd rather a writer/director takes some swings instead of following the structure of films like 1,2, and 4...even if they end up striking out. I think this new trilogy has been really good with the music, atmosphere, and making Michael absolutely vicious.
I find this the worst Halloween movie ever. Made me miss Busta Rhymes, and Rob Zombies Halloween 2 - They both sucked. This was horrible.

@@wayneturner8575 I know Resurrection is shitty, but it's also a movie I can have fun with. I think I'll pass on Ends now
I liked it. People might hate it because it's a little different. But remember Friday the 13th part 7? That's different too, right? And also pretty awesome.
I think that's a bit of a cop out. It's not simply that it's different, many fans are not liking what they actually gave us. They could have given us something different with Michael still running through bodies but instead we get a film centered around some wimpy kid I could care less about. This is more like Friday 5th than 7. I respect that you enjoy the film but I think its inaccurate to say fans are shitting on the film simply because it's different.
Friday the 13th part 7 didn't have a Jason impersonator. It also wasn't meant to close out any existing plotlines. This movie has a lot more Jason Goes to Hell in it than anything else.
Jason was in the entire movie of Part 7. A better comparison is Friday the 13th Part 5. Jason is in the opening dream sequence but the rest of the movie is someone else. That is 100% Halloween Ends. Corey NOT Michael is the main villain, does 99% of the killing. Michael is in the movie for 5 mintues. Is a weakling living in the sewer after a movie where he was a unstoppable killing machine. This also is the finale of Halloween and Laurie spends the entire movie arguing with her granddaughter and confronting Corey. We get a lackluster finale battle between Laurie and Michael that was mostly in the trailer. Also now the entire town blames her for Michael? I am 100% for being different but this is a Halloween movie. It's the final Halloween movie. It has little connection to the previous two in this trilogy and Michael Myers is barely in the movie. If not mistake he kills 1 person!
@@Peppers19781978 It's unbelievable people just claim "oh you didn't like it because it was different". What a thoughtless statement. I agree with everything you are saying. I mean we go to see a Halloween film, the end of a trilogy, and we get some wimp named Corey instead of Michael. Then people act like we are the crazy ones for actually expecting Michael Myers to be in a Halloween film!
Reminds me of when GoT ended and all the actors defending it claiming "you don't like it because it didn't end the way you wanted". What a bunch of nonsense.
I should never leave a Halloween film thinking that I could easily take this incarnation of Michael. And Corey is a complete pussy.
This would be closer to Friday the 13th part 5. An absolute turd sandwich

It's astounding how bad this one was. Awful. Get this man away from The Exorcist ASAP!
I feel so guilty for not digging this last film because I love Jamie Lee Curtis and a bulk of the Halloween films so much.
Story aside, sorry but not interested in the homage to Halloween III with the blue title and credits. And what happened to the Halloween theme music? I didn’t feel like I was watching a Halloween movie AT ALL.
Such few and brief scenes of Lindsey!! She was shockingly underused after she was the highlight of Halloween Kills. I much rather have seen more of her instead of that crazy mother that kisses her son like that and those (terrible acting) bullies always in the car. Gosh they were such awful actors. Casting locals I guess. Christopher Nelson was so on point when he called this movie “weird” months ago. This movie is so disappointing.🫤
Jamie Lee Curtis was absolutely right when she said after filming it that this movie would piss people off. SHE KNEW.
this is this most positive review I have seen of this movie lol generous. I would give it a 5/10. Know what they were going for but poorly executed, ironically.
I really enjoyed the title graphics from for Halloween Ends. It was a nice call back to Halloween 3. I know he is old man Michael Myers in this, but I did not like what they did with his character. I don't want to see him get old. They can keep rebooting this films and I will watch every single one.
In this continuity he is still just a person and age gets us all eventually. In his case age on top of injuries and no medical attention.
@@facesofevildead You can't say Michael Myers is just a person after Halloween Kills. Story wise it doesn't fit. Just "a person" doesn't describe someone who took out a lynch mob after he was beaten with clubs, shot multiple times, and stabbed. You can't just go from being the living embodiment of pure evil to just being some old dude after that one. That's poor story telling.
@@jeremyzak654 you can't tell john carpenter who his own character is lol.. he's said himself, yes Michael is a force of nature, he has a supernatural element to him that we can't exactly put our finger on but regardless of what people want that to be, he is a person still as in you cut off his head he will die, he was born from his mom's vagina so yes he is a person still . He has incredible resiliency 100% but it doesn't mean he's immune to age.
I liked Corey's descent into madness and I loved Michael's recharge moment killing the deputy him finding himself again. I can see a version where Michael doesn't need to be in this movie too for sure. I can see a version of this where it's an origin to Corey becoming a villain, keeping the scarecrow mask I'd see that movie too. I'm not saying this is the direction I would have taken the final installment but I don't hate it.
thank you Micheal! for everything...!
The best review of Ends.
I agree and I prefer grounded Halloween over anything else. 7/10 is fair.
The last movie had the dumbest victims of any slasher movie I've ever seen and that is quite the accomplishment in that genre.
To be fair in most trilogies the middle film is usually just filler, and can be skipped without it impacting on the overall story. Halloween Kills is exactly that.
the lack of double tap was frustrating. He's 'dead' and they just leave him when they know he always gets back up.

This was an absolute dumpster fire of a Halloween movie. Interesting ideas that might have done well as a standalone effort not tied to an existing property. Again, as a Halloween movie, the immensity of the disappointment cannot be overstated and my jaw was agape throughout my viewing from the creative decisions and lacklustre ending. At the beginning of the film I saw they had four people with writing credits, which was not encouraging. 3/10 for some interesting ideas and nice performances that would have been more appreciated in another film.

It's definitely not how I would have taken the story but it's ok. Not good. Not bad. I feel like Halloween fans in general will dislike it and probably feel like they deserved a better end to the saga. My biggest beef is that it took the danger out of Micheal, he is completely disrespected as a threat in this film. I also think the time jump was a really bad idea.
2018 had its problems but overall was a decent Halloween movie with what would have been a satisfying ending. The rest of the trilogy is pretty insufferable. The tone is all over the place, the characters are poorly written and at times don't seem like part of the same movie or even the same genre of movies, and the whole thing feels too self-aware, long-winded, and melodramatic, full of forced emotion, attempts at metaphor and deeper themes, while ultimately not saying much of anything. I've never felt more fatigued by this franchise than I did watching Kills and Ends. I genuinely hope they stop making these movies, and I say that as someone who for a long while was a big fan.

Halloween: Re-Resurection Returns The Rebirth of Michael Meyers
I was in shock when Michael Myers spoke and said It's Myerin Time and Myerd Pinhead truly one of the movies ever made
Yes Jamie was alil more relaxed in Halloween ends but I love Michael always have always will
The fact that she's more relaxed now makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. She was a paranoid nutcase for 40 years with Michael behind bars. Now that he's out and about again, having even killed her daughter a couple o' years ago, she suddenly decides to chill the ef out and bake a pumpkin pie.

I actually liked it until the end. Unfortunately, it wasn’t scary and Michael turned out to be an elderly vegetable.
It's called Aging.

It won't end. There will probably be another reboot.
Curtis character is VERY similar to Ripley in Alien 😀😀😀😀👍👍👍
Especially when Laurie hops in a power loader when Michael has Allison and says "get away from her you bitch!"
was NOT expecting that
Give me a break. 🙄
I may have to watch it again, but I was disappointed on the first viewing. Too much of a departure for my tastes. Different is not always bad, but I was expecting something else.
This movie reminds me of those Hellraiser movies that when they were written had nothing to do with the franchise and just shoehorned Pinhead in to capitalize on their rights to the franchise.
This movie felt just like that. Even though it has the same actors and characters, it barely has anything to do with the previous films except exposition. The plot is everywhere and can’t decide what it wants to be. Myers is barely in it and he’s a total pussy. He gets overpowered by a mouth-breather that gets bullied by high school marching band kids and by his senior citizen sister. This is supposed to be the superhuman killer that everyone fears.
The granddaughter also has no role in the story besides fucking Michael’s sidekick and connecting Michael to Laurie.
I have no clue how any Halloween fan could like this movie. I don’t see how anyone that enjoys horror movies could like this. The body count is fairly low and the only interesting one is with the torch. This review ranked it 7/10 and I think sponsorships are the reason behind it.
I can’t stand it when fans are apologetic because they like the Rob Zombie films. It reeks of pretentiousness.
One question. Who the f gets bullied by a bunch of band kids? 🤔 🤣
Very happy that I didn’t pay to watch this, of all the endings they could have had they did Michael dirty af in this one. The original sequels were far better than this dumpster fire of a movie.

I'm still questioning why they introduced a new character that seemed like he would take on the mantle of Michael only to have him be killed off just seems like a waste of time at least story wise, like that's what they were going for then they changed their mind at the last minute.
Well... if he has Michael's power now, couldn't he survive a stab in the neck and a broken neck? I think they can bring him back if they want to... they brought Michael back from much more. But oh crap, I hope they don't. If they do, I will never see a single one of those.
@@jamesknightley4201 I mean I'm pretty indifferent to him, it seemed like he came back to life when Michael approached and grabbed the mask cause there's no way in hell he survived that neck wound. Just all that time spent on his plot and then it was like what was the point?
@@DeluxeMammoth "No way he survived the neck wound..." People are saying he has Michael's power now, right? If so, they can DEFINITELY make him survive a neck wound if they want to. It's MAKE BELIEVE, remember? Count all the wounds Michael survived and tell me the kid can't survive what happened to him if he has Michael's power.
@@jamesknightley4201 yeah that's what I was saying bro I was agreeing with you 🤦♂️
@@DeluxeMammoth Oh crap. Sorry,bro....
I absolutely hated Ends. It broke my one rule, “don’t go back on character traits with no payoff.” 44 years of Michael Myers, and he never did “spoiler”. I appreciate some of the things they tried, but it was so off the mark for what Michael Myers and Halloween is. Truly disappointed, especially with how good 2018 H was, and I didn’t hate Kills.
Hahaha you actually thought Kills was better lol.
Not a Halloween film no tension no scary moments very predictable
No I can't say that I hate this movie because I have respect for what they were going with the Corey character but they previously already did this with Jamie and Halloween 4 and they didn't go through with it and then they did it with Corey and they went through with it but then they kill him off they should have let him have the torch and in the movie with the breathing and his body gone and
Nick castle actually doesn't play Michael in this one, he does have a cameo tho.
Yeah it's Courtney
with how little Michael screen time Michael has, I am not surprised
whats his cameo?
@@TimeBomb014X see for me knowing that the character Michael Myers is a human being with a supernatural element to him but he is still a human... I've already seen people saying he was sidelined in his own movie and yeah if they want to oversimplify okay..but contextually it makes sense going off of the injuries he took in 2018/ kills since it's the same night. On top of his age if you do the math from when he killed his sister at 6 years old , then he breaks out at 21, then is locked away for 40 years. So all the damage he took on top of his age as well as not getting any medical attention short from him patching up his left hand where his fingers were in Halloween kills , Looking thru that lens it makes sense to me. As far as Him " passing on the evil " I think is just a different way of saying it's possible everyone has a little peice of Michael Myers a.k.a Evil in them. there are 2 types of people..one might feel broken up about taking the life of another person and the other type of person..killing be out of self defense or otherwise might spark the thirst for killing just for killing sake.
@@facesofevildead But you can't humanize Michael anymore in Ends, Halloween Kills had him be a supernatural unkillable force of nature an then for Ends to have Michael pass down his evil by looking Mike Jr in the eyes and then being rejuvenated from killing that sheriff. Also the thing is, it would be okay to side line Michael in his own movie and lift up the new killer to take on the mantle if they didn't blatantly market the movie as the finale of the series, the final time Laurie Strood and Michael Myers will face off, and not just that but even the movie itself backtracks at the end after Mike Jr gets his revenge kills and then he is immediately taken out so Michael can step in and have his showdown
Halloween Christmas
Halloween Easter.....
What,,,no myers in space now?
Good God, don’t even say it. Don’t give these assholes any ideas.
Streaming right now!
steaming now, as in a steaming pile of 💩
Halloween will never die
Halloween 2030 coming soon
I loved Halloweeen Ends. It ticked all my boxes and I thought Jamie Lee was the best she's ever been in all the films
Respectfully this might be one of the worst movies in the entire series. The whole Jason goes to hell trope was so fucking cringe and didn’t make any sense. Very rushed. Sad to see how disappointing the final two films were because the Halloween 2018 was fantastic
I just watched this tonight! I HATED THIS MOVIE. This was boring, a lot of "what" moments, and by far the worst Halloween. I would rather watch The Curse of Michael Myers, than ever this again. 7 not even close, i would givw this maybe a 3 and i feel that is being generous.
It’s like this movie wanted to be a better version of Jason goes to hell. It is just as bad
I thought it wasn't as bad as Halloween Kills but still really shite, it was all over the place, lol.
One of my favorite films. Seen it twice already. Seen NOPE 13 times
You have incredibly awful taste.
NOPE is miles ahead of this snorefest.
Both those movies are garbage

This film suffers so much from swinging very wide to create something completely different. As it executes most it’s concepts poorly. Out of the hour and 40 min run time, about 45 min is good and worth watching, the rest feels very boring and lifetime movie like. Corey was very interesting but his development was poorly executed. His character turn around was such an interesting idea. Laurie’s showdown was good. Bout the only two things I can say this film does good,,,,,,,oh and this movie borders on very laughable at times. Even the opening kill had me chuckling at how stupid it was. So sad to see this trilogy end on such a poor note. Really thought they could’ve brought it home. It’s a solid 4/10. But the things in that four were done very well.
This one was weird. They did a complete 180 with michael from kills. In that one he's unstoppable and just plows through the characters and their slapstick ineptitude. In this one, an original character takes most of his screen time and even punks him for his mask lol. I mean...PICK A LANE. There's no consistency. Feels like the star wars sequel trilogy
Ends is my favorite of the 3 films. It goes in a different direction which is strange because this is the last movie (from Blumhouse) but 7.5 out of 10 for me. 🎃
Looking for people to discuss the movie n something I've seen is people not happy that Michael isn't in it as much as they were expecting.. to me given his age and injuries, not getting any medical attention.. did it make sense to you?
I mean that's how I saw it.. like yes he's Michael Myers but he's not 21 year's old anymore 😂😅.
@@facesofevildead The way I see it, he's like a wounded animal hiding away until it dies. At first, I didn't like that we got a "weak" Myers, but he's old, broken, and dying so I get it.
@@LOOYMUSIC That is all fine but making 95% of the movie about someone else who does all the killing was weak. Michael has 5 minutes of screen time, is in the sewer most of the movie and I believe has like 1 kill (which was a copy of one of his kills in the 1978 original). This movie very much had Friday the 13th A New Beginning vibes with someone else behind the mask. For a finale it was a massive letdown and felt disconnected to the previous 2.
@@Peppers19781978 I agree. They went F13 New Beginning route which would have been ok if it was the middle movie, but this is the end, so it was a bad decision no matter how well it could have been executed.
I don't get it though, Why'd he disappear after Kills?
And why's he just hanging around in the sewer???
I give it a 5
It was good movie idk why everyone’s hating on it oh wait I forgot it’s the year 2022. 🤦🏻♂️. The movie was good I liked how they brought in a new character someone that could relate to myers and myers could also relate to what he was going through as well helping each other out. Also the daughter getting involved knowing he was committing this horrific acts and somehow she’s not arrested 😂💀.
Btw I have a feeling Corey is coming back for sure. “Reshaped”.
I just hope this franchise is gonna end. Even if its good or amazing I am tired of this series. Please Jamie I love you, but if you gave us enough. Halloween 1 & 2 from the 70s are two classics, Halloween from 1998 was great, Halloween from 2018 was ok but Halloween Resurrection from 2002 & Halloween Kills from 2021 were two really fucking terrible and unnecessary movies, this franchise has only 2 or 3 really solid movies, the rest is really unwatchable. The most underrated are Halloween remake from 2007 and Halloween 3 from the 80s but now I am just hope this is gonna end because we need new original horror stories like the new "Nope", "Smile", "Barbarian" or "The Black Phone" and not using old franchises for just money or lazy stories
I would rather watch Resurrection again then Halloween 5
It ends, they actually kill micheal in the end
You know, nobody is making you watch them....
Micheal Myers never died in this Halloween ends. His got older for the role. So know he gave up his knife to give it to the younger version of Micheal Myers he will be taking the role next.
Are we really supposed to believe he was living under a bridge for four years? Some of the worst acting I’ve seen in years! I truly couldn’t wait for the movie to END! 👎
Last two movies: Christmas is on the way...
Ends trailers: * putting up Christmas decorations *
Ends: Happy fucking Festivus!!
I took this "review" as a pure shill review.
WRAP THIS ALREADY!!! Lord 🙄🎃😡
I won’t lie I thought it sucked just my opinion of course but I’m certainly not a fan
