That's true- hadn't even thought about that. I appreciate there's enough of everything to equip the entire group similarly. Having at least looked over the WGA kit, there didn't seem to be enough of all the options available. That starts making me wonder though if Northstar/ Oathmark might get around to a halfling army as well at some future point...

I was watching pit boss on animal planet this midget dude dropped a guy two and a half times his size solid muscle to the ground before I could blink. If a midget could do that in real life just imagine what a Halfling is really capable of!
Thanks for showing them. I get a much better picture of them, scince I want to add a halfling warband for my skirmish games. I don't mind their size, since their proportions are really halfling-like and they'll look tiny anyway between my ogres, trolls and giants.
they look really tall for halflings (looks in size with the hundred kingdoms crossbowmen) how do they scale to Wargames Atlantic and Copplestone Castings halflings
We'll have to follow up on that- I don't own any of either company's offerings. I thought I had some of the WGA ones, but they haven't shown up in my boxes of unbuilt sprues as of yet. I'll keep looking...
They are about a head taller than the Wargames Atlantic halflings, with bigger heads, longer arms, torsos and legs. I put Victrix Samnite heads on a couple of Mantic halflings, and they were the same size on the bodies. (Similar faces, too.)
not sure if this is up your alley or not but I tend to use amazon for mantic products. None of my local stores carry their products and they are not willing to order them for me. Shipping from the UK can suck if you just want a box of minis instead of several hundred dollars for an order for the free shipping, not sure if thats still an option for them or not.
I have one semi- local store that carries Mantic products, but they're a little slower than what I can get scouring the online shops or places like Ebay. I'll have to keep my eyes on Amazon as well!

Height-wise, I think their bodies might be better for Dwarves
Heads might be useful for Stargrave/Frostgrave body swaps

If that's the case I wonder if I could put some Germanic or Gaul tribesmen heads on them and turn them into halfling barbarians...

Halflings? more like Full-lings... I bought them, and they're more dwarf size..
Are there no extra weapon bits in the box?
Not really, outside of the arms for whichever setup you prefer.
How do you like these compared with the Wargames Atlantic Halfling Militia?
Scale wise i would think they are trying to match gw heroic scale?
At least with non- human races you can get away with size disparities a bit easier. Plus basing can help.
Kinda wish the dogs were goats or pigs tbh
