JMK is so versatile and i think Puscifer shows that even more than A Perfect Circle...nice problem to have needing 3 bands to quell your creative output...other great tracks by these guys are A bullet train to iowa and the humbling river ....glad you enjoyed the track ..
Puscifer has a vast discography chocked full of great songs in many different styles. Most everything they do is brilliant!
The female vocalist in this band is very underrated. Of course, we all know Maynard is amazing.

Ahhhh so glad to see you get round to Puscifer. I saw them play live in Dublin in April of this year and what a gig. Carina Round and Maynard have such an amazing on stage presence. The whole gig was wacky and bloody amazing. A lot of Aliens 👽 and some gentle probing 😀Maynards alter ego Billy D is hilarious. If you’re interested in Puscifer you got great songs, Conditions of my parole, Humbling river, Momma sed, to name but a few. Another top notch reaction 🇮🇪
Puscifer is another GREAT rabbit hole o go down! This band, with Maynard, is a lot of some "let loose" type of songs and its awesome! Enjoy the greatness!!

I have also just recently started to get into Puscifer Maynard is an incredibly talented, vastly inspiring and intelligent man! We must also give many choppy props to all of his equally talented band mates, in all three of his bands.

“Trolls receive 86’s” is a food service reference. In my experience, when a restaurant runs out of or removes a menu item, it’s considered 86’d and that’s how the kitchen would communicate it to the waitstaff and customers. Always love that they used that reference in this song. 😁🤘
When someone gets kicked out of a bar it's called "being 86'd". Pretty sure that's the reference here.
I've heard it used as "86ing" someone is takeing them out, but much like other American lingo it may have multiple meanings
It comes from US prohibition era. There was some speakeasy - a secret locale that sold alcohol in NY. When one of the patrons was behaving baldy - not paying, being aggressive - he was thrown out of the back of the locale - into 86th street. That's where the term comes from - it means to throw someone out and ban him from the premises.
Carina Round really is the perfect softening balance for Maynard's intensity. Check out The Humbling River as well sometime, that's an absolute MASTERPIECE track.

I won VIP tickets to this tour, saw the show and got a bunch of swag. Great show. It was my 1st time seeing Puscifer, and my 6th seeing Maynard. I had only seen TOOL live before, and can't wait to see APC.
This album cycle tour was absolutely awesome, I saw them in Melbourne in 2017 (either that or 16) and they were all set up either singing on the wrestling ring, or had luchador fighters in the ring while some songs were playing, Carina Round did a solo vocal version of their song Rev 22 which was mesmerising (there’s a video version from their What Is? Dvd online), they had robotic chickens cockfighting, random other hilarious skit additions throughout, it was a full sit-down theatre venue so it was just an elaborate theatrical experience than just your typical live band gig. One of my favourite shows I’ve been to.

In the Military 86 is the trash can. From what my dad told me when he was in the Navy. He told me if someone doesn't want a document anymore, they would 86 it.

I have been listening to tool from the age of 14, 1994. Undertow has been a favourite for years! Aenima is the other top on the list. From undertow the song’s Bottom, Swamp Song, Crawl Away and Prison Sex. From Eanima, Eulogy, H., and Jimmy. That is no where close to being the end of the list. JMK Just has this thing! When i listen to tool I feel so energized and grounded! When i listen to Puscifer I feel very at ease and gratified! A Perfect Circle is a slow burn for me, I’d like these three, The Contrarian, Eat The Elephant and 3 Libras. A lot from Puscifer, Smoke and Mirrors, Dear Brother, Agostina, Vagina Mine, The Arsonist, Telling Ghosts, Green Valley, Conditions of My Parole, Personal Prometheus, Horizons (violator mix) and The Rapture (violator mix). Pls check out some Puscifer. Those are some choppy suggestions of JMK’s absolutely fabulous ability to transform, express and master three bands.

Puscifer is my second fav maynard band now since money shot APC was # 2 but ETE was just okay and Pus just keeps getting better
They are doing a show this spring for Maynards 60th birthday, with Puscifer, A Perfect Circle, and Primus. I happen to be lucky enough to be in a city featuring this really limited run. I love all 3 bands. I have never missed an A Perfect Circle show in my state since the band formed 😀
Their first album had a different vibe as well. I would recommend Mamma Said, or V is for Vagina. Later work grew and there are songs that will stick in your brain for weeks. The Humbling River is another that you will not be able to forget once you hear it :)

Puscifer has a few different vibes across their albums. It was initially just another creative outlet for Maynard. He made music and then wanted people to remix it and play around. Some songs are more folks or country sounding. Still it's mainly Maynard with a female vocalist doing harmonies. All really good music. Checkout "Horizons" that's from their 2nd album. Also "Momma Sed" is a great song off their first album. Lastly, there is a live album that is really good called "What Is..." that worth hearing songs live
