  • The V60 brewing method is a pour-over brewing technique that produces a delicious clean, flavorful cup of coffee. It is named after the V60 shape of the pour-over cone, which is designed to allow for optimal extraction of flavors from the coffee grounds.
For the Hario V60, it is recommended to use water around 195-205°F (91-96°C) and aim for an infusion time of around 3-4 minutes.
To begin, start by heating your water to the desired temperature and grinding your freshly roasted coffee beans to a medium-fine grind.
Place the V60 cone on top of a server or mug and add the coffee grounds. Slowly pour a small amount of water over the coffee grounds, just enough to wet them and allow them to bloom. This helps to release the gases that have been trapped in the beans during the roasting process.
After about 45 seconds, continue slowly pouring water with gooseneck kettle in a circular motion, making sure to cover all of the grounds evenly. As the coffee brews, the water will pass through the filter and into the server or mug below. Once the desired amount of coffee has been brewed, remove the V60 cone and discard the used coffee grounds. Serve the coffee immediately.
Overall, the V60 brewing method is a great way to highlight the unique flavors of coffee, as it allows for a precise control of the brewing process. By carefully controlling the water temperature and brewing time, you can extract the delicate flavors of the coffee beans without over-extracting and producing a bitter taste.

Ta káva voní až sem!😊 Lahůdka!Já bych si dal ještě cukr a mléko a bylo by to dokonalé!😊 S přípravou kávy tímto způsobem jsem začal tento týden a jsem maximálně nadšený a kávu si konečně užívám. S rozpustnou kávou se to nedá srovnat a přestala mi chutnat.
