The after images created from this are pretty strong as well and build up the situation command quickly, which can be used to get formchanges and grand magic faster, you can imagine why this would be solid
Ever After is actually incredibly strong against single or multiple targets. Used it on a level 1 proud playthrough and it held up pretty well. It's one of those pretty broken keyblades, like Crystal Snow and Wheel of Fate.
One aspect of the Nano Gear Keyblade you didn't mention is that it has the same 'Grappling Hook' function as the Happy Gear's Yo Yo form, basically if you're targeting an enemy some distance away, Sora will grapple it and pull himself to it. Personally, I found myself using this ability a LOT during the final world, as many of the endgame bosses like to fly around a lot, and having a way to easily close the distance on them made those fights a lot less frustrating than they likely would have been otherwise.
Magic use is important too. Claw weapons make the spells circle around you rather than firing it out. So Crystal Snow, while boosting magic really high, that magic is only in a small circle around you when in a form change.

Happy Gear, Favorite Deputy & Shooting Star Shooting star helped so many times certain enemies decided to be assholes and conceal themselves or hide among other enemies, having a long range keyblade in general is good to have. Happy Gear is just all around the most enjoyable for me While I do love that wheel it (and the nanoblade) didnt have time to grow on me since they were the end of the game like Favorite Deputy did, it was great beating up the great and powerful X-Crew (all those past final bosses along with the old man himself) with a hammer

I played through my whole game with starlight from the start because unchained x but I'd have to say starlight is my favorite keyblade besides ultima and then the other two in my load out is my other favorites and honorable mention goes to the ever after I really like that ones special ability.
I like ever after cuz dodging and shooting at your enemies is badass probably gonna switch out kingdom key for star light after leveling it up and and either nano gear or wheel of fate
not gonna lie. I liked the form change on each keyblade but I don't like changing my keyblads on the fly. I always been more into just running with one keyblade and that's all. I wished they let us choose between being able to dual wield key blades or change key blades on the fly cuz I loved dual wielding in KH2.
Dual wielding was only possible because of the drive forms though. Sora couldn’t do it on his own. It’s not like you had to use the switching feature anyways

And Don't forget that Ever After keyblade gets you hp from the shotlock when not max out. Perfect when you have no items or magic but have to use it wisely
When it comes to stats, regarding damage, do all 3 key blades count towards your stats, or just the key blades you actually end up using in battle?
I like the Honeypot for the idea of it. You're shooting bees at people. BEES
When I do a second play through, I plan to keep upgrading kingdom key and keep it in my loadout, see how far it can take me.
I primarily use the Happy Gear.
I use the Grand Chef if I want to have a magic build.
I will use the Ultima Weapon for when I go after the battle gates and the secret boss and such.
what about the Grand Chef keyblade? or Classic Tone?
happy gear is really under rated
Forgot to mention how the honey pot slows enemies, as well as its ulti attack is an aoe slow. Personally, I'm honey pot, happy gear and wheel of fate
Mostly for a unique move set with all 3
Ps. Happy gear I feel chases better than icy
If you use the counter shield properly it can be strong. Try blocking multiple time to charge it up.
Ever After
Wheel of Fate
Crystal Snow
This will change once I get Ultima Weapon
Ultima weapon is SO much fun
I like the keyblade you get for completing the retro mini-games. Mp haste 3 stack.
Thaaanks!!
Are we not gonna talk about how ever after can give you free aeroza and heals faster than hero's origin?
Happy Gear, Favorite Deputy & Shooting Star
Shooting star helped so many times certain enemies decided to be assholes and conceal themselves or hide among other enemies, having a long range keyblade in general is good to have. I think some bosses that tried to get away from me were beat because I wouldnt stop blasting them.
Happy Gear is just all around the most enjoyable for me
While I do love that wheel it (and the nanoblade) didnt have time to grow on me since they were the end of the game like Favorite Deputy did, it was great beating up the great and powerful X-Crew (all those past final bosses along with the old man himself) with a hammer
Ever after shot lock is unmatched. Saves my ass when I’m at 1 hp and and 0 mp, and the full shot lock easily knocks off like 2 health bars.
Probably shouldve talked about the Shotlock and The Abilities it gets, thats also a major difference
what should i use for an early game magic based character? just keep running the kingdom blade?
4:30 That Keyblade itself is a Jojo's reference, as well as the Tri-norts fight :v
My loadout is Starlight, wheel of fate, Nanogear. I played through my whole game with starlight from the start because unchained x but I'd have to say starlight is my favorite keyblade besides ultima and then the other two in my load out is my other favorites and honorable mention goes to the ever after I really like that ones special ability.
I had a similar loadout.
Mine was Wheel of Fate
Starlight
Ever After
Hunny Spout was my favourite until I unlocked the Classic Tone.
05:26 y'all forgot one thing that the frozen keyblade has..... you can fly by holding down jump lmao.
thats not something the keyblade does
TheMightySwooj transform to the frozen claws or blade/skate. You can fly. Jump and hold the jump bottom.
TheMightySwooj I just realized there is a glide ability... I haven’t gotten that ability yet. So I’ll be using the frozen claws to glide 😂
You should've shown the abilities of each keyblade. I wanted to check which keyblades have second chance and once more, like ultima and herc's.
Funnily enough, the loadout described is the same as mine, only I use the shooting star instead as my wild card.
3:57 you can actually have 4 up at once. It's great for burst damage
I like ever after cuz dodging and shooting at your enemies is badass probably gonna switch out kingdom key for star light after leveling it up and and either nano gear or wheel of fate
It’d be cool if you could design your own keyblade like you can with the gummie ships
@@Reuneyy That's not how it works
Pirate blade and the tangled blade and the toy story blade hands down for me
not gonna lie.
My load out is ultima blade, frozen for magic, and pirate for physical. With this set up I faced the secret boss and beat him first try.
What the hell do you need the other 2 for when the ultima does everything they do but better
ever after is a beast against single enemy/boss when all 4 illusion hits on 1 target...
Whoa whoa whoa! Where’s the”and let’s go!” 😂
My three main weapons are ever after, wheel of fate, and Kingdom hey.
You missed 1 keyblade. The one that you get by playing all the phonegames
Randomly stumbled upon the vid, and have to ask...
With that accent, are you by chance Dutch as well? XD
I beat the game but don't remember getting Starlight? Where is this obtained?
Nicholas Hill kingdom hearts union x, bonus code from high scores on mini games
My go to keyblade is the Kingdom Key and Ultima Weapon.
The original keyblade from day 1 is my favourite
..... I want clouds keyblade back or squall from kdh2 they looked really cool
My all time favorite keyblade is still Metal Chocobo from KH1. I hope they add FF characters in DLC.
if you were to add ultima to your load out what would it be like?
Soooo... when do you use magic in this Game? :D
Should I have taken the Balance Stuff at the beginning of the game?
You earn spells over time youll get your first magic stat keyblade at traverse.
Dark-Sol
Okay, that is fine. I thought I overlooked sth :D
The ultima blade is a monster. Been trying it out since I got it 😁
My layout is
Ultima weapon
Classic tone
Ever after
Ever after was so clutch on critical ultima is op and classic tone has mp haste and has a good magic stat
My best loadout:
Magic: Classic Tone;
Strength: Wheel of Fate;
Wildcard: Nano Gear
Once you get Ultima weapon it dosent really matter what else you have
