"I'm fifty and I can still do it."
John has to remember that very few people were the kind of rubber-band-man that he was, and probably still is, to some extent.

23:49 I've seen this exact move in more than a few katas/forms for traditional martial arts. Wrestling has a direct connection

How is that possible that you've seen some of those deadly katas and you're still alive?

What is the next video after this? I was curious to hear the rest of what he had to say about everything trickling down from the top level of wrestling

I cannot sit on my butt with my feet turned out like that! Even back in my prime before knee surgery I could never pull that off.

How can you get access to these coaching seminars? Are they held every year? I would like to become a better coach and this insight is invaluable. Thank you for the upload.

OSU has one every year in mid/late October. Start checking with them around early September to find out the dates.

It is a single leg finish. It doesn’t have a true name. I just call it a head through dump. Here is some more on it ua-cam.com/video/u0zcUkPHuAQ/v-deo.html

i have an infinite passion for classic old school MUAY THAI. there clinch is so much like greco .
that is my reason for the strong intrest in stand up wrestling consepts.
additionally western coachers usually have better presentations than the thai `s .
