Birth/postpartum doula here. You don’t transfer into a sleep sack till baby is rolling onto their belly/around the crib on their own. Think of it like a blanket. Kids cant keep a blanket on them. I have seen kids love them so much and stay in them till 2+. Infants need swaddle only. Love you Julia! Excited for little H!

I switched my bub to xs at 10 weeks and we did the halo swaddles until then. The swaddle me was nice for newborn phase. I use the dream drape on the Nuna but we use a Muslin cover for our other car seat, since it's breathable for the summer. Im so excited to see what you guys do for his space!

Old Navy has great (cheaper) onesies too! And they have mittens and double zips into the older months (which is essential). And they withstand blowouts 😅 I’d also recommend waiting on buying too much more bc you’ll figure out what you prefer to dress him in once he comes
Also, more info you didn’t ask for, but just swaddle (with arms in) until they are able to rollover in a few months! This helps them not wake themselves up from the startle reflex. Then you transition to the sleep sacks (where their arms are free).

You look awesome Julia. Radiant. Thinking about more names: Forest , Forester, Wilder, Oakley, Boone, Colt, Nash. Pretty sure I said Stone last time. I so miss my own baby days. Bar stools are so nice. I've seen designers put a dining bench against the island ... back same height.. with table and chairs on opposite side. You could eventually then store bigger baby toys in the space behind bench under island. This might allow for larger walking space between dining area and lv. And a high chair. Coffee table is so pretty. Yes J move the blanket off table and put on a chair. Two plants on console. Tripod floor lamp? Take care.

I use those sponges. I cut them into. I like a smaller version. 😁 I also use an amber glass bottle for dish soap. I liked the crystal with the candle instead of the coasters. 🤷🏻♀️
