Samsung Galaxy Tab (SHW-M180S) - Power On/Off

NOTE ABOUT STARTUP (English):
The main reason why the startup sound is dithered is that it was originally a PowerOn.snd file. I tried to extract the raw data of it in these settings:
Encoding: Signed 8-bit PCM
Byte order: Little-endian
Channels: Mono
Sample rate: 22050hz
It's basically all right in HQ.
