I agree. But the colonial borders are still beneficial to our leaders. We should start to agitate this for ourselves. Let's visit EAC and other countries. See other cultures. Build bridges.
Much love for Museveni, full of wisdom and huma. He is instrumental in bringing the two countries together. Kenya trade more with Uganda than with any other country in the world. We are one.
I was in busega and I spend the knight in chitoro and stayed in mbarara for a week ,you guys are like us iam a Kenya, my grandfather has a land somewhere in mbale in chigumba I love Uganda,
I love it. Great content. As a Kenyan the only complaint is we find it comical when Ugandans speak very slowly, although I know many Ugandans who speak very fast, however I think it’s just cultural nuances. Ugandans say the Kenyans are always in a hurry. All in all the brotherhood or sisterhood between Kenya 🇰🇪 and Uganda 🇺🇬 is a beautiful and wonderful thing. We should definitely interact more and share our experiences. Thank you for the video.
Oh yes, just like in a country different tribes have different culture and ways of doing things, I feel like Kenyans and Ugandans are the same. We we're just born in different geographical areas but we are the same people.
We should unite as we were separated by colonialists,i felt at home when i visited Kampala from Nairobi,Kampala is a lovely city, will be back again, kudos😅
I am a Kenyan and I can assure you that I feel more Ugandan than Kenyan. This is an indication that we are one people ancestrally but divided by artificial boundaries
Luyahas and Bagishu are almost the same people. I believe Teso wasn’t a kingdom, the Emorimori is a cultural leader and his being considered a king is a recent phenomenon. Teso, Lango , Karimojong, Acholi and most of the north had leaders but they didn’t rise to the l level of a king as their powers weren’t absolute. They were elected too, not hereditary. Great presentation 👍🏿
We don't despise Swahili, it's just not been in our culture to speak it. We do have Swahili speakers, but that's not the norm. We're changing that though.

This video is great and informative, but the background music is so loud and a distraction. You are very pretty but soft spoken. Was loud music necessary? Having vented my frustration, most of the Ugandan tribes are an extension of Luhya people of western Kenya. The boarders are all placed in the wrong places. We are the same people speaking the same languages, but have just added a few words and adopted a few pronunciations that make us sound different
I agree that Swahili should be widely spoken and in Uganda as well. But I feel it can be a gradual process maybe even starting with baby class and middle class.

kenya had a choice of sticking with only english like ugandans but we now appreciate the usefulness of kiswahili and kenya has benefitted alot from being english and swahili speakers without going too much on one side.@@TheGloWormProject
Ugandans are our brothers and sisters.
We should remove these colonial boundaries..
The current African generation should and must make sure no colonial boarders exist in the continent.

Luganda words has some similarities to kiswahili words.
I think the Bantu influence. Some words are similar/same.
Ugandans not speaking Swahili is is not a positive. Even SAfrica is trying to learn Swahili, and its spreading all over. Isnt time?
