Luganda words has some similarities to kiswahili words.

You are doing a good job by learning swahili, actually its a wonderful language. About pumpkin its called "boga" in singular and " maboga" in plural thats gramartically correct swahili. About "malenge" thats a kenyan bantu's name esp kikuyu, embu,mbeere and meru name for pumpkin. "Īlenge" is singular "malenge" is plural.

Kenyans and Ugandans are the same. Colonialism may have changed our behaviours but we are the same people. My ancestors came into Kenya from Uganda and when I travel to Uganda, I feel very peaceful and comfortable. I just don't like the cops. They bully you when they see a foreign number plate. It's not like our cops are better either.

I've been in Uganda twice in the past 4 months. I can't wait to go back. Uganda 🇺🇬 and Tanzania 🇹🇿 are close to my heart. Kenyans and Ugandans have never and will never be enemies. One people separated by colonial borders. Even at the border, you just see free movement of people. Foodstuffs entering Kenya 🇰🇪 on bicycles 😅😅. I love Uganda, but I'm not a big fan of your cops.

Kenyans, Ugandans, Tanzanians Rwandese, Burundi and and South Sudanese are all one people. I was travelling on a public transport in a foreign country and a lady got in with her children and by her looks l could tell she was East African and then I'll had her speak Baganda on the phone. So we are one people but you might not notice that until your out of that region.
