Reformer Workout ~ Everyday Full Body Variations

- In this weeks Reformer workout, we are creating an everyday type of flow and making it a little unique. This is for a beginner and intermediate level where you will be able to modify to how your body is feeling that day. No props are used in the workout, and springs setting are only suggestions so please feel free to adjust to make an exercise easier or harder. Remember, the goal is perform the exercise in a safe, controlled body alignment.

Great flow! Do you have a variation for the extension towards the end of the routine? I find extension agitates my lower back pain. Thank you so much!
My recommendation would be to do some Cat Cows but leave out the "Cow" extension part and just play with the Cat to neutral space.
I enjoy your workouts but find that you move a little too fast and don't allow enough time to complete the repetitions which I find frustrating because I constantly have to pause the video.

@@stephanieharkema4210 yes she is but so are other instructors and I don't have this issue with other reformer workouts. Comments are there for a reason. Everyone has room for improvement including me.

Loved this one. It was nice to incorporate stretches within workout rather than saving it to he end.
