    I have had a year off from Pilates due to a back injury. I have my own reformer at home and haven't been able to use it. I started back with your class and I am feeling great. Strong, no niggles and you were very clear as I was a little rusty. Thank you

    Love the movements just found that you have to change position very quickly
    Otherwise one of my most relaxing reformer workout ❤❤

    What is the name of that reformer?

      The manufacturer is Balanced Body and the model is the Studio Reformer with the Revo bar :)

    Sorry, I did not like the middle portion of this workout, while lying on the side. It was difficult to understand what you were doing with the knee going back, especially when you were first facing forward (and the strap kept hitting me in the head! ;) The entire "lying on the side portion" of the workout was a little tricky, not sure it's great for beginners (and I'm not even a beginner)? I liked the rest of it, though!
