I know this is an older video, but I had to comment! I love this tutorial. I love crown braids, but it's so hard to do one continous braid by yourself sometimes. I'm trying it ASAP! I love how the hairs stick out. It looks more romantic that way. But I'm like you, I get a little OCD about my hair and want it to be "perfect" and would be fretting about them. BUT every time I see a "messier" look on someone else I think it looks so pretty. I just have to get over it and go with it!

I find these so hard...i can do two dutch braids but when it comes to the crown braid...So hard. i need to work on it. + my hair is a bit shorter than yours....there isnt a way to make it easier with medium length hair is there?
It’s beautiful, but no way can I do it. I have a problem “walking” the braid. I do the steps but it kind of bunches rather than wrap…don’t know if that makes sense. You are a great at braiding.
@@LaineyMarieBeauty Every time you add a strand, you’re pulling that braid in a direction (I call it walking) either an angle or straight around your head. I can do it straight down the back, but when I’m trying to add those small sections around the sides, it doesn’t wrap like yours. It will bunch or be uneven.
Don’t doubt your capabilities! With practice, you definitely can! Master the Dutch braid then start trying to do it in the back of your head. It gets easier each time you try 💗💗
