You will enjoy it very much. There is so much to see in the surrounding areas too. We lived in Knaresborough right near the castle and loved it there. Enjoy your trip.
The church is still a church, its used more as a community centre too, i helped out with the Japanese garden in the valley garden, Harrogate is a lovely day out
Aww the church was St Peters and my Mum & Dad got Married there! I'm from Harrogate but moved to the South West in 1990. Joseph Thackwray that owned the Crown 1835 was his fault they build the pump room, as he was diverting the water onto his land hahahah was my Great (or Great Great) Grandfather :P Not been in there for years bit there is a Thackwray's bar in there. My Mum when she was a teenager in the 50's used to sing in the sun pavillion to entertain visitors :D
you'd make a great tour guide lol. Although I find it hard to believe this is the happiest town in England with its 1500 sun hours per year. Southsea or Isle of Wight are probably much happier.
Hi Adilia! I’m very well thanks! Grade 5 is hard but you are clever enough to cope with it! But it won’t be as much fun as G4 with me and Ms Eleaonora!!
@@JasonSmartTravel It is very boring and Ms.Yulia is very strict . But we have new stuff too. Like ClassDojo, CountDown puzzle ,word hunt, and Rotations in math and home room. But it is very hard especially in math.
Good filming quality but you got many facts wrong such as Betty,s afternoon tea wrongly priced, and saying there's a lot of Rich people which isn't really true but there are a lot of retired people here so you could class those as better off,and you spoiled the video in the valley gardens by saying about unsavoury people hanging out there at night.
I live in Harrogate so it was nice to see you do a guide
Nice video….I will be visiting Harrogate in June from the States…I have a friend that lives there, he is a chef.

Where might your friend work? I live in Harrogate and might have food where they work.
Jason, St Peters Church is a living, thriving Church. There is much more to it than just the shop at the side door.
Thanks.
Thanks for sharing.
Hi. The bandstand was the last building you pointed at. Ripley’s ice cream shop used to be a pump room for the magnesia well.
Great video of your tour! I will be going and it’s giving me all the great places to go. Love it. Well explained and clear😄
Harrogate, York, Haworth & many more Towns, Cities & villages in Yorkshire... simply beautiful 😍 "God's own Country" 👍🏽😊
Thanks. heading there in a few weeks.

Nice town....all seasons probably looks good...autumn too
Great video
You say it’s the most expensive city to live in,it’s not a city

Wonderful ✨️
Nice one Jason!

I reckon you’re right!
Hello Mr.Jason!

How are you doing?

Just try your best and if you’re stuck, ask for help. That’s one of your teachers’ most important jobs.
Yesssssssssssss
£19.95 for afternoon tea? Well worth it!Harrogate has enough eateries for each day of the year!
@@dlittlester As an educated person such as yourself, This is an important factor, I just like the food! .. you are correct though.
Nice
I'm noticing a lot of people wearing blue shirts. Even Jason is wearing a blue shirt in this video. So this is what posh North Yorkshire is like.
It's not a city its a town
Where did you get the perception that all people living in Harrogate are rich?!!!
Show me the money 💰
Haha I’m certainly not rich and yet I live here in Harrogate 😂😂
@d3ad_w0lf1egaming3 well its a rich experience living there , can't be bought for any gold
Alguien que viva en Harrogate me podría decir si un restaurante Latino de buena calidad se podría hacer allí ?
Mil gracias .
@@rossmanrioja1895 No. New businesses in harrogate rarely survive a year.
Your vlogs are great Jason. You should visit Pakistan, especially the northern areas. You would love it!
I tried but the embassy refused my visa, despite me paying for it. Pakistan is the only country in over 150 countries to refuse me a visa.

6:06 sadly those leaves are all dead and are covered in chicken wire 😢
DOES ANYONE KNOW TOBY !!!!!!
No but Bob's your uncle 😁
Aren't you the teacher everyone though was 60?
People of Color in Harrogate is so rare. Huh?
Los de color estamos todos en Londres jajajajajaja allá no se ve ni un niche
It's a very well of area, and people of color are usually poorer than their white Counterparts in Uk
A somewhat banal presentation.
Glad you enjoyed it.
i live in watford now and i have done for over 20 years but good god how i miss my hometown Harrogate 🥲
