This is me, too. This sounds identical to what I have in my head at about 50% of my iPhone’s volume. You didn’t happen to get your tinnitus after having an ear infection, did you?

It does the same thing for me, I use this when it's at its worst, you can put it on repeat and it works just as good as a long loop. I've been recommended to not use things that mask the tinnitus completely though if I want to habituate, but rather background sounds that "compete" with the tinnitus sound so that your brain can learn to ignore it. Good luck with your tinnitus!

Today I woke up hearing this sound during the night. I felt few bad because this doesn't leave me sleep! I searched and founded this video and heard a few seconds... when I stopped, the sound of my ears was disappeared! Why this happens? How this video sound can make the sound stop for moments in my ears (head)?

a 12000 hz sound frequency is a very high pitched sound and almost inaudible at low volume, so it's not surprising that you have to crank the volume all the way up to hear it

there is no specific way of listening, cause each T is unique. Just find the way who seems to be best for you. The way that brings some release

The same case for me. I have hearing loss for high frequency on my left ear, so for me, my left ear not able to hear the sound, but my right ear can hear it, and I can tell it is close to the tinnitus I heard on my left ear. And when I use my right ear hearing the sound, the tinnitus on my left ear just gone.
