Tinnitus IS PAIN for some of us, all sufferers experience this affliction differently. If I am exposed to loud music, concerts etc. I will have severe pain below the ears on both sides shooting down my neck for about two weeks and it is quite excruciating. Please protect your hearing people! This "masker" is very helpful (as long as you listen at lower volume levels) too loud and it WILL make it worse for you. Thank you Dalesnale for this video!

I have had tinnitus since I was 21, now 53. It’s changed many times over the years, and sometimes has been a layer of constant noise with variable pulsatile tinnitus. The pulsatile version went away all of a sudden after about 5 years. Recently it’s been the most intrusive it’s ever been. Ringing is in my head not my ears. But this sound is relieving. I was using the 13kHz and find this one to be even better. It is trial and error, but I definitely find that these types of sounds work the best. Thank you so much for bringing me peace.
I finally found a tinnitus mask for the 10000hz static. I wake up with it and go to sleep with this horrible sound. Ty so much. It is the best masking noise for high picht tinnitus, except for the middle of the night ads. I know is not your doing and I thank you for your generosity.
I have tinnitus and I pick up 2 sounds here. The first one is the white noise static. The second sound almost exactly matches my tinnitus. Sounds like a super high hiss similar to tube television sets from the 1960's.
This is the only sound I have found that will mask and calm my tinnitus, which is almost continuous; it wants to ‘compete’ with most other sounds. As for the tinnitus, I have befriended it, no point in resisting, it just gets more intense!! Keep well and thank you for your expertise❤
@@hwalsh1965 As low as possible, but high enough to mask it. Use it whenever you feel like you don't have mental power to cope with tinnitus, on your weaker days and before sleep. Don't zap it during your sleep though set video for an hour or so while you trying to fall asleep and don't constantly use it because the most important point is to learn how to cope with it without these aids.
Live sound engineer, drummer, dj, and producer here who just stumbled upon yr channel. I'm playing the masker, scrubber, zapper, soother, and a 528hz pure sine wave simultaneously on Presonus E5 monitors and T10 sub. After just a few minutes I've noticed that my tinnitus(right ear only, lives around 2k) has been attenuated decently. I also experienced some ear drum fluttering. Kitchen Sink therapy at it's best lol! I'm going to post this comment on all the other videos and hope that others might find a little relief too. Appreciate yr work, will paypal you a few bucks shortly! Support independent music and creators!
Thanks Jose. Engineer, Drummer, Producer, sounds like a familiar life calling. I don't radio DJ anymore, but UA-cam is now my broadcast jam and DJ are my initials. :) Great to have you here.
Wow! I’ve been searching (listening) through your videos and when I listen to this one I don’t hear the noise in my brain. All I hear is this video! I don’t know how! So many of the others are irritating to me, but this one is not-I hear it, but I don’t hear it inside. It’s like magic! 😊 Thank you.
I had a sound ringing in my since 03 November 2021 now is 18 December 2021 I feel better the sound is going because of this frequency. Thanks I never thought I will hear again with my left ear.
This is so hard to explain to people. Getting the noise out of the head is important. I listen to white noise and people ask if I like it and I say no it's quite irritating... but it pulls the noise out of my head.
Thank you so much for this! I am suffering terribly with non stop ringing. It wakes me up all night long. I am going crazy! Looking forward to listening to this tonight. I appreciate you taking the time.
This is the closest noise I hear from my Tinnitus! Now I can share this with my friends and family so that they can understand what i go through. I will save this and bookmark it for future use.Thank You again.
This frequency seems to help quite a lot! It's almost like I don't hear the ringing in my right ear! Thanks for all the noise distraction videos that you make, they help relieve the constant noise in my ear and for so many others that suffer from this awful condition!!
Thanks for that observation Sean. Here is 3700Hz released this week. ua-cam.com/video/_IzFyUA67IA/v-deo.html It is not surprising 3800 is so problematic frequency for many. As an audio engineer,, 3.8kHz (3.5 to 3.8kHz) is an area that always needs fine adjustment to keep a concert or recording mic from not sounding "harsh". When people describe a sound as harsh, this range is where the EQ notch begins.
My tinnitus came about 3 years ago. I've pretty much gotten used to the ringing so it doesn't really bother me much, but this video really does help with the ringing forsure. Thank you!
Amazing!!! this has definitely disturbed the Frequency it is a different pitch now and half as loud. Sometimes it goes away for days. Very awesome thank you. 😊
I was having one of my insomniac nights and thought I'd go check out YT for guided meditation or something. What I found was all of your videos for tinnitus. I went through them all and when I fell asleep to the alien 10khz, I knew I'd found something to help. Thank you :)
My tinnitus is a constant ringing sound and it gets louder at times. I’m in process of changing medications( mental health) and diet. This sound helps me a lot and very appreciative of it. But my tinnitus sends me into the brink of insanity at times. Still coping and trying to research other ways to help. Much love 🤟🏼
Brand new to the tinnitus world. ive had high pitched sound constant for around 3 weeks. not caused by any exposure to ear damage. no build up of wax ect. its been driving me insane. after finding my frequency this is a god send thank you
Dale, I have played rugby for the last 25 years. I have had 3 concussions, 1 major, early on in my younger years. Many micro-concussions over the years as well as I kept playing. I have been suffering with ringing in the ears for decades. I have seen specialists and they couldn’t help. I couldn’t help them help me because I never knew what frequency range I was hearing. This is the first time I’ve see your videos and this one is it! I can’t say thank you enough.
Thanks! This has been a life saver for me. I'm not sure I'm using it right to achieve habituation, but it can be a tremendous relief when I'm having a spike or I just become weary of the sound in my head. Your sound therapy is part of my arsenal of coping techniques in dealing with my very high pitched tinnitus. Thank you again!
I think my tinnitus is a much higher frequency. I once listened progressivly higher frequencies until I heard nothing but my wife said she could hear a very high pitch sound. I hear that all the time. Thank you for the video.👍
That is pretty close to the noise that I hear all day, every day. Very useful to help explain to non-suffers what's going on in my head. But listening to this as a soundtrack seems pointless - just replacing the internal noise with an external noise.
Sound therapy and masking devices help rehabilitate the brain by sending signals that mimic this symptom, so that the sufferer will feel more comfortable. When we suffer from tinnitus, it makes us stressed, the stress triggers our threat response, so we’re almost certainly going to notice it more. The truth is, it’ll only get better or disappear once the sufferer learns how not to ‘hear’ it. I consider it to be a hallucination.
Fan of the channel for a couple of years and the 10k is the best match and relief for me.I also like and appreciate the screen staying on and the 10 hours.Thank you.
I find this very helpful as well. A side benefit -- when I have it playing in the room (rather than in my ear) it seems to realax my doggie and she sleeps rather than bark at everything in sight
This is the one that seems to be the one for me. All your videos are so superior to all the others but I tried the cool names and I'm so glad cuz it helps me remember.(I'm 69). I was sitting outside and my husband came out and said I looked weird. I said, "I just realized I have no tinnitus. At all. And it's been so long since I could sit and listen to REAL sounds." You're great at your job. I understand that I'll usually have it to some degree but if I can have a few nice breaks , you are SUPERB at your craft. P.S. My phone got hot so I took ot out of the case and that's way better.
Thank you, thank you ! Wow for the first time after 2 years I found something that helps. Thanks for all the work that you do,praying this will give me a real solution.
thank you for the videos I've been with this for a couple months now and looking to get some therapy for it but by far these videos gave me peace especially in the early days when the anxiety was horrific, I quit nicotine cold turkey because I thought it was causing it, been bummed out from it but when it gets bad these videos help. Can't believe there isn't more research into this condition as it seems like totally life altering I hope that it isn't. Thanks Dale. And believe it or not when I am playing guitar it takes my mind off it cause im listening to my notes so I recommend playing instruments for anyone going through it, only thing I found was solace in the white noise thank God! Interesting it was used for remote viewing I know a little about that.
Your thoughts are appreciated. I have noticed as well, walking off stage after a gig (at reasonable stage volume), my tinnitus is much lower. The opposite would seem probable. This may have to do with the mind getting plenty of musical processing while playing/performing.
Thank you very much Mr Dalesnale for your time and compassion, and May God richly Bless you & your loved ones!🙏 This sound matches perfectely my tinnitus noise that started to bother me 2 months ago, after a cold. Blessings!🙌

I’ve tried a few different things, but not to much helped, until today while talking to my daughter on the phone, when an ambulance sirens blasting, went past her, it nearly deafened me, but I noticed a bit later I actually had silence in my head! After weeks of madness it felt great, when my problem started my dog barked high pitch right into my ear, maybe we just need a similar pitch to reenact a similar frequency!
Hi, thank you for addressing this irritating phenomenon that so many of us are enduring. This sound does block my tinnitus BUT now I just hear it even more in a focused way. I curious if we could design a signal/sound that would be similar to ‘noise canceling’?!?! Thank you, and most of all thank you for trying to help us😊
Hi, thank you, I am using your 5500Hz sound for my Tinnitus, so thought I would try this one, but I can't hear anything but my Tinnitus has gone quieter, to a better level, so I am going to use this for while, so thank you again, your channel is most helpful Bob in the UK
This one doesn't reduce or mask my tinnitus. It accentuates it, makes my tinnitus more intense. I'll be looking listening for something that does. Thanks
This is close enough for me. Thanks. My tinnitus and hearing loss is around 7100hz and I have an hour of a saw wave recorded which is the closest I've got to any relief. My audiologist says I should be using white noise at 5000hz in my hearing aids but I neither get benefit with my hearing, nor tinnitus but I know there will be a frequency that will give me immediate relief. I think I've tried your 8000hz video (sorry, my memory is so poor I cannot remember much of anything I do) and it did well but left me with a slight hissing so my own sound file was still better, but I've played this video just now - just a quick burst and I had almost complete silence for as many seconds. I'm going to give this a few days of an hour a time and see how I go.
Been thinking about a 7kHz version (one between the 5500 and 8000Hz videos). Some information I have read says the audio playback frequency should be +/_ 10% of the ringing in the ear/mind. So 8kHz could potentially work down to 7200Hz...not quite far enough. Because noise is a band of frequencies, perhaps it could go beyond the estimated range.
@@dalesnale Nice, I'm trying your Tinnitus Calmer Sweeping Noise at 7kHz Masker one and it's doing well too. Sorry for taking so long to reply, I forgot I'd posted a comment.
@@dalesnale Awesome! It's really good. I often listen to podcasts or audiobooks to help mask the tinnitus or at least distract me from it sufficiently so it doesn't drive me nuts and I can fall asleep, but I suffer from fairly intense migraines (result of repeated concussions, which also caused my tinnitus) that make me hyper sensitive to sound. This masker is so unintrusive that I can listen to it even when I'm going through a bad migraine and listening to a podcast isn't an option. So wonderful work!

This is absolutely like magic! The instant I started the video, my tinnitus was no longer noticable as long as the sound was playing. I'm going to try listening to this for a few days as much as I can and see if it helps reduce the ringing while it's not playing. Thank you so much!
Did it reduce the ringing for up you over time
@@Andrew-pp2ql Unfortunately, I have not used it on a consistent, nightly basis as I should have. I will say tho, that while I'm listening to it, the ringing goes away. Or at least I can't hear it.
The high pitched ringing in my ears dissipated whist listening to this noise but it’s just masked and after a while not sure if this noise gets as annoying as the ringing anything is worth a go and thank you for your efforts
me too
I was using the 13kHz and find this one to be even better. It is trial and error, but I definitely find that these types of sounds work the best. Thank you so much for bringing me peace.
Thanks! This is instant relief for a ravishing condition. God bless you 🤗🙏🏼❤️🙌🏼👏🏼

I finally found a tinnitus mask for the 10000hz static. I wake up with it and go to sleep with this horrible sound. Ty so much. My tinnitus was caused by viral meningitis that I got from shingles at age 38. Extremely rare medical issue. I am also using the Neosensory Duo once a day to try to retrain my brain.
Mr. Dale, only a person who suffers this tinnitus like you do is able to understand the problem. You are God's chosen for creating masterpieces such as this. Thank you in the name of humanity.❤
I had this playing while I slept and upon waking my Tinnitus was so much better! It came back unfortunately but each time I listen it lessens the loudness for a period of time so I'm hopeful. I even keep it playing as background noise while watching TV etc. Thank you!!!
Wow finally have found something that eases and calms the disabling Tinnitus that I have suffered with for over 4 years Thank you Dale. Your videos are brilliant and I am very greatful to you for making them. I'm sure your channel will become very big for years to come. Take care. Kind regards Royston UK.

The suffering of having a constant zing out sound is exhausting. You are doing good work, thank you!
Been having tinnitus for two weeks and this is the first of these videos that really masks that horrible sound. You just gained a subscriber and I hope more people are helped by this.
Are you cured now??
Love this one, I have a high pitched sound and it covers it
It is the best masking noise for high picht tinnitus, except for the middle of the night ads. I know is not your doing and I thank you for your generosity.
Hoping YT gets this glitch sorted out. It is getting tiresome.
I have tinnitus and I pick up 2 sounds here. The first one is the white noise static. The second sound almost exactly matches my tinnitus. Sounds like a super high hiss similar to tube television sets from the 1960's.
I hear what you hear! I was wondering if you have found anything else to help your tinnitus?

Actually it's a good sign that my ears can hear this high frequency at my age 😅 let's see how it works, thanks Dale
It's nice to still hear 10k when you're getting on in years. :)
This is the only sound I have found that will mask and calm my tinnitus, which is almost continuous; it wants to ‘compete’ with most other sounds. As for the tinnitus, I have befriended it, no point in resisting, it just gets more intense!! Keep well and thank you for your expertise❤
That's the spirit. Thank you for listening.
Mine competes with other sounds as well. This is the only one I found that works
OMG this actually masks my pulsatile somatic high frequency tinnitus - what a discovery! thanks a million, Dale you are the man ...
Right on! Thanks LDJ
Hi - how do you use this? Little and often? Quiet ? Loud? Continuously?

Have been looking for just the right sound for my tinnitus. This is it. Gives me some temporary relief on those bad days. So thankful.
This tone matches my own. I play it while sleeping to “get out of my head”. Thank you for offering this remedy!

@@dalesnaleThank YOU for your useful channel.
In my experience with patients setting the masking peak stimulus right around 3.8kHz almost always hits the sweet spot.
Thank you!
This frequency seems more helpful than a higher band or the widely popular cricket sound. Thank you so much. ❤️
Amazing!!! this has definitely disturbed the Frequency it is a different pitch now and half as loud. Sometimes it goes away for days. Very awesome thank you. 😊
I'm on the road traveling with my husband against my will to be sociable and this really helps. Glad this was recommended to me.

10 IS the perfect pitch for me. No ringing, clicking, nothing. Thank you for this. Now to learn how to keep it on. Jijijiji
Brand new to the tinnitus world. ive had high pitched sound constant for around 3 weeks. not caused by any exposure to ear damage. no build up of wax ect. its been driving me insane. after finding my frequency this is a god send thank you
Welcome in. May you find a solution soon.
Thanks for sharing your story CJ. Happy to hear it provides some relief.
Thank you so much Carol
I think my tinnitus is a much higher frequency. I once listened progressivly higher frequencies until I heard nothing but my wife said she could hear a very high pitch sound. I hear that all the time. Thank you for the video.👍
Thanks!
Very appreciated MJ 🎧❤️🎧
That is pretty close to the noise that I hear all day, every day. Very useful to help explain to non-suffers what's going on in my head. But listening to this as a soundtrack seems pointless - just replacing the internal noise with an external noise.
I've listened for briefly and agree but when I turn the volume down my tinitus seems less. Maybe it's a conditioning thing. I will keep trying
Same here, very close.
I’m not
Sound therapy and masking devices help rehabilitate the brain by sending signals that mimic this symptom, so that the sufferer will feel more comfortable. When we suffer from tinnitus, it makes us stressed, the stress triggers our threat response, so we’re almost certainly going to notice it more. The truth is, it’ll only get better or disappear once the sufferer learns how not to ‘hear’ it. I consider it to be a hallucination.
That's the point. Hearing it external helps give some relief to the internal. Having g tinnitus is very stressful on the brain.
This is the best for me. Thanks Dale and happy new year!
Thanks Dear Dale..lots of love
This is the one that seems to be the one for me. All your videos are so superior to all the others but I tried the cool names and I'm so glad cuz it helps me remember.(I'm 69). I was sitting outside and my husband came out and said I looked weird. I said, "I just realized I have no tinnitus. At all. And it's been so long since I could sit and listen to REAL sounds."
You're great at your job.

Thank you! I tend to switch back and forth between ranges but mine is the higher ranges. The mix seems to help
thank you for the videos I've been with this for a couple months now and looking to get some therapy for it but by far these videos gave me peace especially in the early days when the anxiety was horrific, I quit nicotine cold turkey because I thought it was causing it, been bummed out from it but when it gets bad these videos help.
Blessings!🙌

That's the ticket. Slept with this one and it completely masked it out. Woke with less noise this morning too, bonus!
A beautiful sound, truly helps pacify the ringing. My new silence. Gracias Amigo.
De nada my listening compadre
Thank you, and most of all thank you for trying to help us😊
Hi, thank you, I am using your 5500Hz sound for my Tinnitus, so thought I would try this one, but I can't hear anything but my Tinnitus has gone quieter, to a better level, so I am going to use this for while, so thank you again, your channel is most helpful

Oh yeah baby, that is right in the zone for my tinnitus. THANKS!
THANK YOU! I actually slept through the night! Tried every “noise” but this is it!
This video is the only relief that i get and I'm thankful for it. My ear doctor said hearing aids woukd help..it did the first day and that was it..
Perfect match for my ear worm, thanks. And pretty visuals as a bonus :)
I can still hear it slightly, but I would say this reduces it by a solid 80 percent! Awesome and very helpful!
It is typical to have a 30% reduction…so 80% is very good.
