There’s a ton of stories of orders going over a year and still no delivery.
Thanks for the video, the helmet looks extremely nice overall. However, I wish the brake LED light would be larger than just a line strip as it is harder for the drivers following behind to see when it lights up during a bright sunny day. I would love if they have the brake light LED as large as the one on “Brake Free”, a clip-on helmet LED light system with accelerometer circuitry.

Guys don’t buy from them i’ve ordred mine since mars 2023 now it’s more then one year everytime they find an excuse and now they don’t even reply
me too. my size is small. the last time i chatted with them was March 9th 2024... I've order last year April 2023. They said, they are just ramping up production for size small. going out any day now.
How did you connect the speakers and mic to listen to music
From everything i see (i have the helmet) there is currently no way lmao
How is the wind noise in your helmet. Mine is loud and not flushed to the seal to keep it quiet. I talked with vata7 customer service but yet to give me an answer to solve my problem or option to return to get a new one. I been in a loop for about a month since a got the helmet, since day 1 I got wind noise with both clear and tinted vissor
@@israelosorio1795 BTW i have talked with them a lot (got the backpack two years ago ) and they suggested if I dont like the helmet I should sell it on ebay lmfao. Also havent rode with it yet, has been raining will let ya know

How long did it take yours to arive? Ive been waiting for 3 months now, im verry disapointed in them at this point. Im in ohio and summer is allready almost over.

Nice, been watching this helmet. Key is the overall fit is key. Considering Ruroc Atlas Carbon 4.0. The lights are definitely a bonus, perhaps on next revision.
Thank you for the video and info of X1 smart led helmet! I purchases something different snap on steel mate H30 kit come with remote controller wire to brake & turn signal too and work real good!
How did you stop the intermittent blinking? Mine does the same thing - can’t figure it out - I love this vid - thanks Jim
How long was the wait time? How does it perform on the open road?
Just to clarify, the brake light always blinks no matter what? I have an R1250R

Is the installation of the transmitter complicated?

The transmitter for me was complicated, so I went to a shop nearby, and it took them around 2hrs or less to install since they had to find the wire schematics for my Honda Rebel 1100 dct. After installation, they had to test the lighting on the backpack to test the sync, and it went perfect and the helmet is pending since I'm going to test at night.
Can you wear glasses?
One thing I've noticed no one bothers the mention about this helmet is the actual fitment.
Is this more of a round or more of an oval shaped helmet?
Are there any changeable pads for it to further help adjust it to further the fit correctly?
