Expat Superleague - Only teams which play in leagues outside their home country can take part. Monaco, Swansea, Cardiff, Wrexham, Newport, TNS, Berwick Rangers, Vaduz, Victor San Marino, Wellington Phoenix, Auckland City, Vancouver Whitecaps, Toronto FC, CF Montreal, Brunei DPPM, and I'm sure there are plenty of others further down the various leagues

Can I suggest a kingdom of the two sicilies (southern italy basically) league? At the start Napoli would be dominant but we may slowly see the rise of Palermo, Catania, Bari, Pescara etc.. But remember to not include Benevento, they weren't part of that
