- We travelled to the Philippines from the UK during the UK lockdown in November 2020. I researched and read numerous information on the requirements needed to travel to the Philippines. We managed to enter the Philippines as we are a dual citizen. Protocols may have changed in 2021.

Philippines is in UK redlist starting midnight of April 9,If your return is after April 9,you need to quarantine in a goverment designated hotel for £1750 per person plus additional charge for accompanying person,if your british or permanent resident you will allow entry,all other status will be deny entry,Im flying end of May to Manila I wish the redlist to Philippines turn to amber or green coming June on my return,take care kabayan.

We were at Savoy hotel, the price can range from P3,000-P6,000 per night varying on different months. Hello! This was filmed in November 2020. We booked our hotel in advance before flying to PH. We booked 2 nights as the travel protocol in Nov 2020 did not require a 7 day hotel quarantine.
In the airport, staff will ask for a proof of confirmed hotel booking as you will not be allowed to leave the terminal.
We were not allowed to leave the hotel until we had a negative PCR test. We ordered food through Food panda and had the hotel staff deliver the food to our hotel room.
With the PCR test, when arriving at Manila airport there will be securities who will guide you through the process. We received our PCR test through email 18 hours later.
If you are proceeding to Davao, please check their local LGU guidelines on what documents they will require for you to enter. In our case, they required negative PCR test, acceptance letter and travel authority.
Travel protocols may have changed in 2021.

Hello. Thank you for watching the video. This video was filmed in Nov 2020. We were in the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Once we had a negative result, we were released from the hotel. The protocol in 2021 has now changed.

Thank you, Tita! Fortunately, we were accommodated by my friend and we did not have to pay for our hotel. We were staying at Savoy hotel which was convenient and near the airport. Upon researching, the cost of the hotel can range between P3,000-P6,000 per night varying on different months. Don't forget to like and subscribe tita hehe 😝
