you are a brave man!!!!!!
Not really. Just have spent enough time exploring there to feel comfortable.
Fascinating! I believe the abandoned house in the video is Kentoku Dojo (乾徳道場). Abandoned sometime in the 2010's. It had been occupied by an elderly couple prior to that. The couple claimed to be Nichiren, but the site is built on a former Fuji-ko site. I believe the consensus is that the couple moved away, since they were getting too old to continue living out there on their own. But, no one knows for sure since the couple was a bit reclusive...and just sorta vanished at some point in the 2010's. Fantastic stuff! Looking forward to more Jukai videos.
Thank you for the info, I will try to look into it further. That must have been a tough place to live for an elderly couple, it is a long walk in from any road.
It is so very beautiful there, but your friend Chris has been extremely lucky! A man named Johny from Australia who also has a channel on here, a few years ago went there to Aokigahara found 8 bodies in just a 48 to 72 hour time frame! Some where there a long time and some where just days or hours old. I do hope the number have gone down dramatically since then. Thank you for sharing the beautiful positive side of this forest. 💖🌹
Anyone who wants to search for them specifically, they are possible to find. There is a common thing that people do, which is put tape down as they go off into the forest. Follow enough of those taped trails and you might come across... Most of the forest is not close to public transportation, so when hiking there you are highly unlikely to find anything. I am putting up a new video this Friday evening which is of a hike in an area where it is highly unlikely to ever find remains. Please check it out!
Place looks beautiful, feels like it has a great aura to it in a scary way
It was a bit creepy, I have to admit. Especially since I went BACK to take the photo for the thumbnail, since I forgot initially. Going back it felt like when a character in a horror movie goes back despite knowing it isn't safe, lol.
@Exjapter I bet lol thanks for sharing! Safe travels!
Very cool place, poor old house needs some love,
Excellent video. Really surprising that you didn't run across anyone else. Is this something that typically attracts a lot of tourists?
The caves are major attractions, and other than the one at the house I didnt go near any of the other popular ones. That said, I really am surprised I didnt see any other hikers at all.
Superb stuff, very enjoyable. Plenty of good info in there and very atmospheric. How many spider webs did you walk through?
Too many...
Enjoyable content friend.🥾👌
Thanks for watching!
As both a 廃墟 (Haikyo Urbex) and a writer of paranormal romances these have been very useful and entertaining, as well as lovely to look at. With things opening up perhaps I will get my passport in order and come look for myself. Thank-you for the lovely work
Lots of gems in this video, bro...especially your sad-that-you-even-had-to-say-it, "No shortage of 🤬holes!" comment... 😂
I was in that part of the forest for a bit on my way to the top of Fuji in Part 1 my Sea of Trees-to-Summit pair of videos, but having a different purpose for the trip, we didn't take the trail to that house. I am definitely game to explore more of that side of the forest in future trips!
Never doubt that I would love to meet up and explore more with you and the Ronin. Sad it didn't happen last November, but it will for sure. I wanna witness whatever ceremony the Fuji-ko hold at that house!
The audio is so clear
At first, I was in denial when this video said there's an abandoned house, watching through the end finally makes me believe it, such a mysterious vibe there
*-I almost think of my oc name Morikami Shino build it LMAO-*
If you want to know more about the abandoned house and the cave, you should probably read "Aokigahara: The Truth Behind Japan's Suicide Forest". I am reading it now and I believe that this area is exactly what is described towards the end of the book. It's very intriguing to say the least.
Sounds interesting! I hope it isnt too sensational though. Thanks for the recommendation.
@@Exjapter It's a short, but well researched book. Nothing over the top. I believe the author moved to Japan and started digging for information while living there. You could also just skip to the part about this area, but since the book is so short and full of interesting information, it's worth it to read all of it.
Thank you for doing a legit video of this forest😇 i especially am glad you did not use that stupid machine that says ghosts arr talking to you 😁😁😁😁😁 maybe they're there, maybe they're talking, but that machine is pure bs😁😁😁😁
I plan to do more videos in the forest, but I will never use any effects that would seem so artificial.
@@Exjapter 👍😘😉
Floresta linda,eu moraria nessa casinha, amo ❤,o problema é uma dessas árvores cair em cima da casa,de resto tranquilo ❤
do we allowed to ride mountain bike on the trail?
I mean who's gonna stop u lol
Check out Johny P. Hes Australian and has found several bodies hanging and remains on the ground. Returning them to their family for burial. It's an eye opener. Some found as near as several yards from main track and also close to bus stop. 🌿🌷🌷🌿
My friend Chris, who you see in my first two Aokigahara videos, has found several as well, and one time it was actually skeletal remains.
Wow!!
That reminded of the Blaire witch house
When I was editing the footage, I actually felt uneasy during the part where I am trying to get a look inside the shed. 😂🙈
@@Exjapter it really gives of that vibe xD
Good
Thank you.
If I were a highly wanted criminal I think I'd move here
The whole place seems a bit on the creepy side… don’t know if I could hike it alone 😅
Just keep seeing it for the beauty that is there as well. And if it still gives you the heebie jeebies, just stay on the trail. 😊
Criminally underused area for hiking. Of course, it’s a lot of “the same” but still very atmospheric and beautiful.
People worry about the reputation. But the beauty of it all never fails to leave me humbled, so I keep going back.
I WANT TO SEE YOU THERE AT NIGHT AND EVERYTHING CAN TURN TO SCARY ....
Tune in! Night hike video is coming soon.....
those trees has a negative effect to those who have negative vibes thats why they interact…
I can totally feel that. One's mood in that forest will absolutely affect how one will take in the experience.
respect the dead please
Always. And at the same time love the forest, that has done nothing wrong and has a wild beauty that is so unique.
