Made something like this when I was a boy. But mine was out of red clay and I really didn't know what I was doing so it only lasted a couple of years before it cracked. But for something made by a 10 year old I was happy with it. 40 years or so later I've built a bunch of stuff over the years but I never made another wood stove out of clay or cement. Maybe I should give it a go again.

Чтобы микротрещин не образовалось. в любой микротрещине есть влага при нагреве расширяется. И марка бетона специальная нужна, не вся подойдет. А так вообще бетон для печей не используют, используют глину с песком. Бетон иногда взрывается как шифер )

It is only smoke free while the stove is on so it is not really suitable for indoors, but its still an excellent simplistic design and idea and the video is relaxing and fun to watch. Great stuff, definitely subscribing i want to see more of your ideas.

Хорошие идеи. Тут много критиков: " Лопнет скоро", "Почему не шамот?", и тому подобное. Не слушай этих клоунов. У меня подобная печка уже 6 год работает. Из простого коасного кирпича. Щелевого. Мяса на ней нажарено и блюд в казане приготовлено - не одна сотня литров. Просто на зиму накрой листом дешевой фанеры и сверху положи 2 кирпича. Всё. А если у кого-то и лопнет - то только по кладочному шву. Да и фиг с ним. На процесс приготовления еды -не влияет. На самый крайний случай - кувалда. Разобрать на кирпичи и сложить снова. Цена вопроса - копейки.

What a great build, and very simple! Two things I might add would be a rain cover (cone) over the chimney, and tile on the top to shed some of the rain.
The tile on top is a good idea and would make the top easier to keep clean. Probably could also dress up the sides by putting tiles in the crate to line up with the openings or to add color.
Great idea. I'd stick some metal grab handles into the sides before it dries as picking up so much concrete could be very heavy. You wouldn't want to break it or even worse your foot

Вот вопрос, почему бездымная если дым есть? И бетон при больших температурах начинает стрелять и трескаться. Если бы всё было так просто то и огнеупорный кирпич тогда не нужен. Да и спорный вопрос в практичности этой печки.

I could be wrong and/or missing something, but it seems like - fast setting concrete, styrofoam, pcs of brick, wire - screen & rods - bendable (for lack of a better word at the moment)... a trough/ trowl & of course plastic millcrate & that ? 1-1.5" steel pipe
В холодном климате нужно ее на зиму накрывать. Влагу если потянет, замерзнет и пойдут трещины. Или нужно использовать добавки в цемент, по типу кафельного клея для наружных работ. Хорошая идея с печкой,однозначно лайк!
Кирпичные печи всегда строили на глиняном растворе. Цементный раствор будет трескаться от нагрева.

вообще то, в раствор добавляется асбестовый порошок и все нормально, как по вашему котлы ложат в промышленных котельных?

Она не треснет, она взорвется нахрен. Так же как шифер в костре. Такое делают только жертвы дебилизации.

в залитом растворе остаются пузырьки воздуха. при нагреве они расширяются и лопаются в месте с конструкцией. по этому печка вся растрескается.

Вобще надо знать что цемент при нагреве трескается и разваливается, даже печи на глине делают, а не на цементе. Что за цемент у автора не понятно...?
