My parents gave me some super great advice one day and said "if you want to marry or be with someone, take them camping" they say this because if you're camping everyone needs to pitch in (By camping I mean tent camping, I'm not sure about camping in a van or trailer) You need to plan meals, do dishes, set up the tents, pack, unpack. Just generally a lot of work. Going camping can show a great representation of how they'd help out if you moved in with them. I find it to be some pretty good advice and I was reminded of it with this story, anyways have a great day!~

I feel like this is good advice cause my partner is an amazing camper and after 16 years had always helped out with dishes raising kids bills everything and still wants to always hang out and help out.

More dangerous to not tell someone most stories you hear in regards to violence is when its hidden. Not everyone would be comfortable being with someone who is trans thats their right. There is someone for everyone but be honest as most people who wouldn't be into would never even consider violence if they new from the start.

Telling the person they’re trans could open them up to fetishization and such, and maybe they just want to get to know the person naturally in the way that anyone would in a normal relationship.
If there’s a danger to come out to someone you want to get intimate with than you shouldn’t be in that situation. Stay in safe spaces. Only date people who are looking for a trans relationship. No worries then.
To not disclose is more dangerous than disclosing. The earlier the better. Respect yourself and your potential partner by being honest.

Yes, some trans women have penises (pre surgery), so if you don't want to date them based on genital preferences that's totally fine. But after bottom surgery a trans woman's vagina looks just like a cis woman's. So not a dating a trans woman after her surgeries is a bit weird/transphobic. Yes, trans women can't get pregnant (as far as I know), but adoption is always an option. Or maybe someone doesn't even want kids. And as a cis man or a cis woman you can also get kids without sex as long as you're fertile (sperm banks f.e.) So yeah, it's not about taste. Most trans women look like cis women anyways

For about a decade or so when I was questioning my gender identity was I knew of trangender was but I didn't know about bigender/non-binary. Hence, with myself being the latter, it took longer to figure out my gender identity.
