This has really put me at ease. At first I was very apprehensive into investing in pillows like this so was looking at other materials I.e., duck down, duck feather, but now I feel like this would suit me really well! Thanks so much 😌

Thanks for this review. I have tried a few different pillows to help with unsettled sleep, including the Tempur which I have had for about a year and whilst it is better than others I have tried, it’s a bit too firm for me. I have been researching the Simba, and based on your review I am going to order one today as I like the fact that you can adjust it to suit 💕.

This pillow has transformed my sleep. I don’t sweat at all anymore. I used to wake up with a soaking pillow everyday regardless of the weather. Thanks for the review.

Great review, thanks. As you mentioned you sleep on the warm side have you considered linen rather than cotton. It’s cool to the touch and if you purchase Irish linen like Thomas Ferguson or McCaw Allen you will have a life time of super soft use if cared for.

I’ve just stumbled across this video. I broke my neck in a car accident 15 years ago and this pillow is the ONLY pillow that helps my neck pain. I’ve also spent a fortune on all other therapies and medications. If you’re contemplating just buy it!!! Great review x

Great review and professionally delivered , my partner and I are looking to purchase new pillows for all the reasons you stated, Sore neck , to hot 🥵 basically a very unsettled nights sleep . What is the mattress like
After waking up at 1am with shoulder pain I Googled pillows and came across the Simba Hybrid Pillow. After thinking about it most of today (it's amazing how long shoulder pain can linger!) your review has me sold. I'm buying one immediately! @@F7INN definitely worth it. It took a bit of getting used to and altering the amount of filling I needed. But I got there in the end and I wake up now with no neck ache 🙂
@@kaye-86 Funny you should reply today, I actually just got one yesterday! Found it brand new for 55 quid on facebook marketplace, so just went for it. To be honest I didn't get too great a sleep last night, but I think it's because it was too firm/ too high up. I've removed some filling this morning, hopefully tonight I'll sleep better.
@@F7INN I was the same with it for a few nights but once you figure out the right amount of nano cubes it's really comfy. I'm a front and side sleeper so I had to do a fair bit of adjusting but I got there in the end!

It is expensive for a pillow but I would say it’s been worth every penny for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another if I needed to. I hope it helps you in the same way xx

Hey I just recently got the other cooling memory foam pillow they do and I’m having the best nights sleep iv had in years! Debating to get this, would you say this is also cooling?

Ash Raines Hi Ash, Thank you for your lovely comment and I’m so pleased you’ve subscribed! I have had a look online and it looks as though Stratos is an updated version, as you guessed. It has nanocubes, rather than nanotubes! X
Kneck ache then causes a headache. That was my problem too.

How come this pillow has the round white cylinder filling , and the link you posted and the simba hybrid pillow has blue foam cubes ?
I think the version I have is an old one and has been updated with the blue cubes. I hope this helps.

Some Q’s …
I’ve seen some reviews saying the cubes move to the edges, so constant plumping is needed, did you have this issue?
I like a low pillow height, so if I get it I’ll remove some tubes …. Does the end result feel a bit firmer like memory foam? Or is it more squishy like a feather/ down one?
Can you feel the tubes through the cover?

I’m glad it was helpful ☺️I don’t feel the need to plump the pillow anymore than you would with any other pillow. In terms of the firmness, I have quite a few cubes in mine (I’ve only taken a couple of handfuls out) and it’s really supportive but not hard or soft. That’s probably not very helpful but I would say it’s in between, erring on the side of firm. And you definitely can’t feel the tubes - it feels like any other pillow does. I can’t rave about this product enough- I know I’ve said this in reply to many other comments but it’s become such an important part of my sleep, that I take it everywhere with me. It’s a very well travelled pillow 😉xx
Thank you for your help I have terrible neck and shoulder pain sometimes can not get out of bed and am only 33! How come the doctors discountinued your pain killers?
Hi 86Smally, thanks for your comment. Neck and back pain is horrible, I can sympathise. But I must say, this pillow has been a savour for me. If I'm struggling with neck pain throughout the day, I know that when I go to bed, it will ease and after about 10 mins, disappear completely. I responded to another comment the other day saying that the pillow is so important to me now that I even pack it in my suitcase when I go on holiday...!Who knew it would come to this! I hope that if you get the pillow, it works just as well for you xx
Just Hayley I just ordered some off your advice thanks 👍. They had an offer on over Easter spend over £300 get 30% off, so I ordered 4 and paid around £280 for 4 pillows. Think I’ll sell 2 unopened ones on eBay for around £75 each so when I sell them, therefore I would paid around £130 for 2 pillows. £65 per pillow much better than £99 it’s very expensive for a pillow tho

Just Hayley hi can I just ask 2 more things please, 1) when you first get it do you open it and shake all the foam things or let it undo by itself. 2) do you use a pillow case on it or just use how it comes?

86Smally The pillows will come with instructions which are very clear and simple. Yes, you use a pillowcase as you normally would. Let me know how you find it x

Might be a stupid question but can you still put a pillow case on or does this lessen the effects quality of the pillow ?
You can definitely still use a pillow case x
How would you rate it a year on? No matter what pillow I buy it becomes uncomfortable/loses plumpness after a year of use
Tanya Blake I rate it so highly that I now take it on holiday with me and struggle to sleep comfortably without it! Definitely worth the price x
I have just brought this pillow after your review 👍🏼 as I get really hot a night aswell. The one thing I don’t understand is what side do I use to cool down in it the rough side or cotton side.
Keighley Pickering Hi Kayleigh, thanks for your comment! I hope you’ll get a cool nights sleep now esp as we’re coming into summer..!
I use the cotton, soft side as it’s breathable and have been a lot cooler throughout the night since using it but Simba suggest that the Outlast fabric (that absorbs the heat before you sweat) is indicated by the blue piping so that’s the rougher side. There is airflow whichever side you use because of the mesh section running around the edge of the pillow but I would suggest giving both a go and seeing which you prefer.

Simba have done a refresh on the pillow since this review but the only difference I can see is that they have changed from nanotubes to nanocubes...other than that, it’s the same!
If you do buy the pillow, I would love to know what you think of it.

what about sleep wrinkles? must pillows crushed my face and i get sleep wrinkles in the mornings
I think silk or satin pillow cases are supposed to help with that? Maybe worth a try?

I destroy pillows in the night, by the way I sleep. Worried by the price tag. But if it keeps me cool and improves my sleep. I will most likely get one

I've just purchased this pillow and its come vacuum packed. How long does it take to inflate?
I think it takes around 4 hours so you should be fine for bedtime!
Hi Why du you have different Nanocubes than the seller's site 🤔 There they are blue and a different material 🤔🤔🤔

Have you tried removing / adding more of the foam tubes? You might need to higher or lower.

Just so people don’t get put off It’s not made from duck down like you said, the pillow is vegan friendly as it states on the website, which is good to hear from the company 👍🏼

What about washing the pillow cover
The cover can be put in the wash but not the inner. I hope this helps

Were you paid for this review? I recently got one of these pillows and its terrible. Flattens out in minutes, bunches up around my head on the sides. When I go in its still compressed in the after noon so I have to constantly fluff it up. Even at full loft I find it compresses way too much. Maybe the ones when you did this video were different quality but the one I recently received does not hold up to price nor quality. Maybe not made for big men that are 6 feet tall.
I had the same issue. You have to buy an extra bag or two of Nanocubes. She likes a flat pillow so people like her will love it.

My self and my Partner bought two of these @ a cost of nearly £200 , they were awesome for a few months but unfortunately after that time they do not come up to anywhere near that value . There should be more filling inside ( Nanno Tubes ) as the pillow does not spring back as i thought they would . Disappointed as I don’t think you can buy the Nanno tubes and I’m sure if you can they will be a fortune … Disappointed buyer ….

You can buy the nano tubes on their Amazon. They’re £8.99 for a 100g bag though which is ridiculous pricing - 100g in perspective is like a handful or so. They use to give u an additional bag full of extra cubes/tubes but from what I see not anymore
I had the same issue, you need to buy more cubes. 1-2 extra bags makes it firm
I've had the pillow for 2 nights and am not impressed. It's too soft and gives no neck support at all. Not sure I can persevere in the hope that I might get used to it. So disappointing and a waste of money.

The *current* Simba Hybrid Pillow does *not* use duck down, rather it is constructed using a hypoallergenic microfibre filling. I was also worried about duck down as I have an allergy, but the details on Simba's website confirm the materials used.
