Finding Solution Quartz at Flash Mountain Mystic Crystals!!

Last Sunday, I visited the Flash Mountain Mystic Crystals dig site for my very first time. This video will go over a little of the process and some of my finds to give you an idea of what you can collect at this location.
I discovered that if you want the more fancy, higher-end quartz, this is your place. You can find Faden Quartz, Blue and White Cookeite in/on quartz, beautiful clusters and single points, curved/arched quartz, and all kinds of double terminated jewelry-quality pieces.
Out of all of the mines I have been to, this has some of the most unusual pieces I have found. It's really neat to find such intricate pieces, but at the same time, it makes them more difficult to clean.
You will need to climb a pretty steep hill to get to the op of the dig area. There are climbing ropes to help assist if you should need them. It is only a little over 400'. It's more steep than Crystal Vista, but nowhere near as long. I wouldn't bring a cart, it would be too difficult, and this is coming from the guy who pushes a wheelbarrow up Crystal Vista.
Kathy and Gordon were great to work with, and even helped dig at a few spots and handed out their finds to the diggers that were up there.
