Many are renewed by now. Tanzania starting with Z and identifier EAZ is actually Zanzibar. German plates don't have Umlaut (except sometimes area identifier) and the numbers don't start with a 0.
Had a friend whose hobby was checking the licence plates of cars that featured in porn films - a positive identification would help him determine the location and when the film was done (as well as checking businesses and street signs on Google Maps). He told me that he wasn’t the only person who does this :-)

Vietnamese license plate number font is "HUN-DIN 1451"
Croatian one is just an concept. Thats not the real one.

Bangaldesh number plate is wrong. That plate was back in 1980s
France is old new is example:AA-229-DB (95) (Val d'Oise)
Bulgaria is example:Е 9832 AC (Blagoevgrad) e is cyrillic

Not quite. What France and Italy have is the suggested system by the EU, but it seems no other countries followed the EU guideline here.
