This was very interesting to watch. I'm in the same boat you are: I'm 48 and thankfully, with a youthful look. I started dying my hair at 42, the grey came in waves and I was very insecure about it because I still felt young and vibrant. My female barber always argued with me to just let the grey grow out because it would look good on me. I hesitated up until two years ago. Honestly, I like it best died because I'm stylish, I work out and I feel young still.
My point is this, people close to you will most likely to tell you to just let your grey grow because you'll "look good in it". But I personally think that comes from them maybe not wanting to make you feel less attractive about yourself. However, I felt better when I died my hair because I really looked good, in my own humble opinion. Does this make any sense to you? Do you also experience these thoughts? 🤔
You look good with your hair died (no homo!), and if you like it, then fuck what everyone else thinks. I don't see women my age ever letting their grey grow out; that throws their credibility out.
Lastly, thank you for your service. I am very grateful for you and those who serve this great country of ours! Just subscribed.

Thanks for subscribing! I want to make another video about Grey hair now that I’m retired and have a beard ( grey).
I love your take on this subject and I believe that if dying your hair is what makes you confident and happy that it is what you should continue to do.
I love the way I look right now. I think that it shows my maturity but also mysterious in a way.
Catch you on my next video. Cheers! 🤙

I am 40yrs old...started greying at early 20’s and now have 80% grey but still I look very young like say 28yrs if dyed....but the problem I find with dying is it will be visible after a few weeks and esp the roots will look white and I think people will any how notice that....my whole confidence will go down when people started to look at my hair....I am seriously thinking of accepting my grey hairs and try Salt n pepper looks....I saw ‘just for men’ has some to give the salt and pepper looks....one thing I noticed is women actually find me attractive with the grey hair and youthful face.

I am 48 now but had predominant Grey hair since 38 years old. I used to worry about it but of course I don’t anymore since it is a badge of honor and a sign of serious maturity. I too still look young both my face and physique. It actually feels good to know I am in charge of any situation including being around people a whole lot younger than me. Impress only yourself brother and confidence will drive everything else!

Some women will not go on a first date with me because of my age. The only thing that says 62 is my hair color. I have lots of curly hair

Hey, thanks for posting this on here. I admire your courage in asking about boosting one’s self confidence. My advice to you is to assess other parts of your life first as a young man before you focus on your looks. Appearance, believe it or not, has very little to do with self confidence. I am a whole lot older than you and found this information out much later in my 20s. Back then there were no available and immediate information sharing such as the net/UA-cam. We’ve had to rely on trial and error. Attracting someone based on looks alone was not it. You have to have other qualities such as being funny, witty, and being yourself. I think you should capitalize on your courage and practice talking to people. Start with your family and friends. The easiest way I found is to ask about them and let them talk about themselves or their experiences. Just listen, nod, smile, and think about the next question to keep conversations going.
As far as meeting new people, be at places where most are hanging out nowadays. It is difficult I know since the pandemic and most young people communicate via text. Not a problem but you have to find a way for a face to face conversation to happen. Coffee shops, go to parties as allowed/available. Heck, walk around for now and find places where your age hang out.
I will make a video of this sometime as a reference. If you think that dying your hair will make you feel better then so be it. You can always just let it go back to its natural state anyway. Why not go crazy and color it a different color? Just my thoughts brother and if you need more then let me know and I’ll try and help.

@@alexgonzalez-hy6xe I used to think that it bothered me as well having Grey hair on the side of my head but it didn’t matter since our face shows the real age. You’ll receive comments from people especially your guy friends and it will be bothersome. At that point you may consider some options: the hell with what your friends say (I bet your partner don’t mind), you can use a shampoo blend that darkens the grey hair, or you can dye the whole thing. I wouldn’t consider the last because once you start you’ll have to do it often. It is cumbersome! I would leave it alone and rock it! I’m 48 soon and more and more Grey hair is showing up but I don’t mind since the rest of me looks like I’m in my 30s!
