Shannon, your stuff is awesome! I haven't found anything so clear and practical in all of UA-cam. I'm down about 16lbs since the beginning of Feb. Don't know what my waist measurements were to start but now that you got me tracking I can see I have lost about 3 cm since March. I estimate from my scale that I started around 19% body fat and am now around 14%. My goal is to get down to 12% for swim suit season. Thanks so much!

Hey Shannon, my small waist is below 47% of my height so from your content, I understand that I shouldn’t be at a deficit of more than 5-10% of my maintenance cals. If I consumed 4500 cals on a social night, and am trying to make up for the surplus in cals in the same week, my daily caloric intake will have to go lower than 5-10% deficit (1.1k cals). Is that still advisable?
So for men we measure at the belly button waist the lower. for women its the small wait which can be lower than 47%
Would you consider hot yoga cardio or strenght? (3x week) I don't think its either necessarily and I don't consider the calories "burned" into my net calories but I am a bit confused as to wether I should say I am slightly active or sedentary (I walk to work and bike to yoga but I don't go to the gym)
Cardio. Strength is failing a rep at around 5-12
Do you have a cheat meal at all on the weekends? Ive eaten 1250 or less calories every day this week and wanna refuel this weekend a bit especially since i got an exam on monday want dont wanna over do it.
nope, i havae been pretty strict this time around. I mean you can but i just want to get this over with as fast as possible. if you do have high calorie days. make sure to not go above maintenance

I'm def shorter than you, my deficit cals is lower than what you're doing but not by much, I'm exercising the same as you.. nothing changing.
Online calculators seem to say very big difference in my bodyfat %.. some sat up around 30%, some say 22%, home scales say different again...
Measurements are tracking very close to the same...
God don't tell me cals need to be even lower...?

One calculator suggested 257cals a day.. Holy bajesus
