Hi DM. Thanks for the stream! So... 2 things... 1) Those high-rise cranes are left in free spin so that the wind can't hit them side on, which would cause them to be ripped off and fall. 2) The Sign. Have Grave perform a "Public Service" by photo documenting the downed sign before removing it to her garage for "Safety Reasons". Then she just has to reach out to the City Municipal Works Department and report it. They'll send someone out to inspect it. From there, depending on the damage, it COULD be designated a Write Off, and she can ask to keep it. They may not let her. But if they do, she'd own the sign Free and Clear.
