To get more fabric, go to the Theta base and go to the rooms. Once you unlock the rooms, go into the rooms and deconstruct the beds. You get 2 fabric per bed. Go out in the hallway and save your game. Go to the main menu. Then reload your game and the beds in the rooms will have spawned. Rinse and repeat for more fabric.
Don't forget the "pulse" option on the scanner will tell you what kind of asteroids are floating around you, since you asked what they were at 21:22. Also, don't forget to make the research bench so you cant decode the blueprint boxes.
Kage, you cannot double up the Modules for anything, but the Battery Saver can be installed in ALL Tools - the Laser, the Mining Tool, the Scanner, and the Build Tool. Each upgrade uses the previous one, so a Mining Power T2 requires the Mining Power T1 to build it. Therefore, you cannot skip any step. Installing the Battery Saver on each Tool reduces the rate of Battery depletion, so Batteries last longer per charge. The Tool Upgrades are NOT usable on the Battery Cell for the Vehicles.
There's a solar panel extension part you can scan on one of the dome islands, so you can make your panels longer without having to make more corridors.
The upgrade for the faster drill is very noticeable on the smaller asteroids than the bigger ones. Dont forget that the nanite is in the green cloud. U will take some damage in order to collect enough of it to make the suit that will protect u in the green cloud. Fabric can be found in crates a lot of the time and does respawn floating in space after logging in and out. U just need to explore and find more crates to use scrapper on as well as big boxes to laser open and u WILL find more fabric to make med kits which you will need when going into the red cave.
There is a solar panel that mounts on top of the base habitat that is much more effective. There are also larger wall storage. There are locations with tons of gold and nickel. You just need to look around a bit. I had to start over because a save failed and I had to redo a ton. I just finished getting everything. In the first play I had not found the cave where the last key card was so I could get the chem suit and go into the green fog area. I also lacked the second warp coordinates. I lacked the Iridium for some of the upgrades too, but you get that in the green cloud. So hopefully the next chapter does not take too long.
You can make Zero-G Regulators in the Advanced Fabricator. Takes 3 x silver and 1 x Compacted Coal. You’ll need around 5 of them in order to create the warp module for the Summon Vehicle.
Start bring 02 with u. U will need it when exploring areas that u cant build a base piece to breath. Make the HOOK and upgrade it. The thing is great to move from one point to another faster. Once it upgraded fully u will love it. Saves on using jetpack fuel. And can reach huge distances
11:18 if you continue going forward (when you approached Theta 9, the base with the body) you'll be able to scan three of four parts of the Deposit Miner. The last part is near the star gate. Deposits are huge chunks of one type of resource that never runs out (I assume). There's an iron one near the starting location, and a quartz one near Old Hub, and I also found a gold one somewhere.
The last 2 minutes were like watching you use a zero g elevator that was in that base in subnautica. And if you've never played subnautica you have missed play one of the best survival/exploration games ever made. Also there making subnautica 2 EA due out next year.
A tip on how to heal don't build airlocks instead build oxygen stations since they don't take up healing resources or power either which means you can leave them everywhere and not have to pick them up and they act as pitstops for your vehicle. If you are looking for silver the rock formation to the left of the first dome has it practically everywhere. Also normally you can mine like roughly 1 silver nodes with the battery that's roughly 2 so if you can mine 2 or more it worked
The airlocks are a good idea but I noticed, you don't get all your material back when you deconstruct them. But ya, no fabric needed for them which is a bonus.
@jaym1244 they are good but are very costly in my opinion. Oxygen stations are cheaper and allow you to refill oxygen while on your vehicle allowing you to get around faster especially if you are grinding for future videos
I put mine in the airlock. Makes it faster to dump loot. But then I got into a bind when I got the double storage. Honestly, my biggest gripe with the game is that the stuff you discover makes you want to remake your whole base every time.
Somewhere out there is a motherload of floating nickel. Dozens of asteroids of it. Eventually your going to get the blueprints for a large asteroids miner/deposit miner. Theres a spot in the map that has several huge gold, iron, copper, and silver asteroids, use the deposit miner on them. Not the miner that attaches to a base piece.
I'm mining copper, gold, iron, and quartz with the big miners but I haven't found any large silver or nickel nodes yet. And he found the nickel you are talking about in the episode before last.
Oh, there's a spot with several near each other? I haven't found that! Gotta have it! I used to see that stuff everywhere and ignore it because I didn't know what it was, then I got the deposit miner and suddenly I don't see them anymore! 😂
If you wear a headset, the scanner pop-up makes a distinctive ping sound that is very attention-getting. If I'm not wearing a headset I never notice the scanner icon coming up.
When u find the red cave make sure u have your laser and kill the baddys and there will be the car that u can scan. I believe there's 3 in there to scan.
If you have big mining laser u can easy farm gold, copper, iron and quartz, iridium is in grean cloud, for nanite and blue crystals u mast go to star gate
Drop all your stuff in storage in your base. Then go right outside and let yourself suffocate. When you respawn in the base you should have full health.
I did that and only got half health back. They seriously need to provide more fabric or make it craftable. They definitely need to work on resources respawning.
@@jaym1244they have infinite resource mining, so, no, not really. The only resource I haven't been able to get an infinite quantity of is organics, but you can eat the fruits so it's not a big deal.
I did finish curent content of the game so i gues i restart and dont use duplication glitch (not very usefull and require recycler to get benefits) TIP - furniture that you can scan can be deconstructed - well most of it
Honestly, why bother dismantling outposts? Aside from the airlock cloth they are made of the cheapest resources, and they'll always serve as a waystation. The starting location is at the edge of the map -- you can see how there's no resources in one direction from there. The places where you are making the outposts are much more central, and also nearer some of the most important resources. There's gold all around Old Hub. There's nickel near Thetis, plus you'll find keys for all of those locked rooms there, and every single one of them has a blueprint for something. I won't disparage the current location since it has a lot of silver, but you'll find yourself going there just to use the stations, and then heading out again. And it's on the opposite side of the star gate, which connects to other locations in the game.
Fungus (fun-guss) is singular. Fungi (fun-guy) is plural. 'Fungu' is incorrect - but the game may use it as a reference to alien fungi or possibly translation error.
How about stop trying to FLY 90 to nothing through the games you play. Slow down and you'll stop missing stuff. We will watch the content with less stress and yelling at you.

Love the vertical corridors!
Loving watching this game
put a cpl lasers where ur old outpost is by the building with the nickel cave and the trash can. ishould usually pull a majority of nickel
Man im hopeing theres enough content n your getting enough veiws on this game cuz im lovin this series n would love to see it last a minute
Damn you, Kage. You keep playing new games and make them look very interesting. Now I have another game that I 'must play...'

you can disassemble the beds to get fabric for med kits
I have tried this and I'm unable to get anything from them. Maybe it's just the few that you were able to scan to begin with.
If you go back to area where the alien jump on your face a in episode prior there is another vehicle scan left of the green do by the wreck
I suggest that you put your wallstorages in corridors to free up space for crafting units.

I'm fairly certain fungu is an Italian swear word, maybe spelled a little different.
FUN JI. (Hard 'i' not 'e.' It's the plural of fungus).

@shawnhallman6076 oh, I forgot. Fabric. That's the real penny pincher.
Hit "TAB" for inventory
Just wait till you get the large habitat
Looks like he might of missed a keycard at the dead body
He didn't. It's a respawn from previous ep where he picked it up.
I would think a critical component of any outpost would be a battery charger, given how many things you use require batteries.
