I’ve also been using motor oil. I think I got the idea from some footage of Von Dutch talking about it. He also mentioned thinning with gasoline, but I haven’t tried that one yet. We used to thin paint out with gasoline 30 year’s ago when we were painting a walls. It was cheaper than paint thinner .🤣 I would stick to paint thinners, especially now with all the additives in gasoline . Thanks for watching 😎
I Like your Stile! My Dad was a Transmission specialist, and we learned trans fluid has detergent in it- So there we go! Thanks Dad! Ps...... You can also pour a little down a Carb and it will clean your valves! Thanks, Rick for the Video! ---- : )
@@davewoods3543 I use Ronan lettering enamel. It’s a better product , and more reasonable in price. I don’t use urethane. But if I did I would use lacquer thinner. Thanks for watching

Lol. Yes. I’m sure it would. I’m a creature of habit , it’s just what I always used. I’ve used motor oil in a pinch. Just clean them well in thinner before you paint. Thanks 😊
