You are off a bit on your trail info. The Cross Seminole Trail does not end in Oviedo. It continues in north Oviedo to Longwood/Lake Mary where it connects to the Reinhardt trail which you can take to Volusia or cross the I4 bridge to the Seminole Wekiva trail which that part is the Coast to Coast trail. Seminole Wekiva runs from Altamonte Springs in the South (currently) to the SR46 trail in the north. And it continues. Mad can be confusing with all the gaps still in place. But many have been closed recently. Hard to keep up with it all.
@@TheRideXperience - You've already found Axum. We'll be staying at the Edgewater and riding West Orange / South Lake trails,, so we'll enjoy Axum while in town. But we wanted to explore some others in the area. There was a great shop in Dunedin, on the Pinellas Trail -- but they recently moved to Palm Harbor, no longer on the trail. We also found good coffee in St Pete, near the Pier (again, riding the Pinellas Trail).
Alex, I would love to see videos about gravel trails options to ride in Orlando. I live in Miami and soon moving to Orlando. Here we have lots of gravel roads with a lot of wildlife to observe... thanks for the videos.
Valeu Marcos! Aqui tem bastante gente fazendo gravel, um trail bem conhecido é o Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive, bem massa. Vamos ver se esse ano consigo uma bike de gravel. Abs!
Some great gravel trails in Seminole/Lake county around the Seminole state forest. Also some (tame)mountain biking trails right across the Wekiva river at the Markham woods park.
Which Oakley lenses have you used for cycling. Watching your videos it seemed like you had a few pairs. Any thoughts on the different lenses for cycling

Your right, it can be a little confusing. Thanks for the insight. Hopefully when the C2C is complete I’ll be able to do a video of the whole route.

Planning a trip to the area soon, and this trail was on our list. Thanks for the preview. We'll have to find better coffee options though. ;-)
Awesome! Let me know if you find a good coffee spot ☕️

Thanks again Alex for your great videos about local Orlando bike trails. They are appreciated and full of great information.

Are these trails mostly flat? I didn't see any climbing in the video.
Yes they are pretty flat. To get some hills you have to go on the road and you will find them in Clermont.
I have seen this trail. I go to Jay Blanchard Park sometimes. You made it look so fun. Great views thanks for sharing😊

Alex, do you have the Strava route going to Cross Seminole trail?
I believe this is the route I did when recoding this video
@@TheRideXperience thank you...i did my first ride to Lake Minneola yesterday from Plant St...thanks to your videos
Alex, seus videos são ótimos. Vc nunca faz gravel? Conhece gravel road? Moro em Miami e aqui temos hundreds of miles with Gravel com muita natureza.
Vlw!! Quero muito entrar no mundo do gravel. Quem sabe esse ano. Abs!
I'm happy my city built an extension from the Big Tree area to my neighborhood. I'll have to do a little trail exploring soon.
Nice 👍
This is great information, I’m about to get my first road bike and I live right in Winter Park so this trail works perfect for me!
Have fun my friend 🤙
I love this trail, I live 2 miles away from it so it’s my go to when I ride my bike
You are privileged to live close to this trail, really nice 👍
Nice music!
Can you make a video about your sunglasses / equipment in general
Nice suggestion, will look into it 🤙
