I’m in NYC where everybody knows about ice skating, Rockefeller center tree, the Rockettes, etc, but I don’t have the foggiest idea what people do to make merry on the West Coast! Love your videos! I can’t wait to see what you do!
I've seen a few creators trying out holiday cocktails or mocktrails - which would be fun with you and Drew! Gingerbread house building but with a twist - like a funny rule you have to follow or something - playing board or card games that would translate well on camera with you and Drew, building a fort or 'igloo' for a movie night type business! HAPPY HOLIDAYS

I think taking a break between now and vlogmas is so smart. I love how Sierra does 12 days of vlogmas and I think that puts less pressure on you. I would love to see a styling video for holiday styling, maybe you guys going to look at Christmas lights, whatever Christmas shopping and wrapping you do, honestly if you sat in front of the camera for all of vlogmas I would still eat it up. I think I always prefer every other day for vlogmas. Every day feels kind of overwhelming for me and I feel like I don’t have time to watch all of the videos! And it also seems like a whole lot of work for the creator to have to both film and edit every single day

I do love watching people every day, but every other day is great too! I really don't think they all need to be Christmas themed. Sometimes all the Christmas vlogs get to be too much. Honestly if you want to sit down and chat about birds for 20 minutes I'd be down to watch 😂

I LIVE for vlogmas, I watch probably 6-10 people, there are even people I only check back in on in December, specifically for Vlogmas. I love every day uploads, but think that every other day is also good! I like that there's more videos than I could ever watch in December, because I catch back up in January when every youtuber is taking those few weeks off lmao.

A few non-holiday ideas for you:
(1) How to plan a vacation. You always see the coolest things on your trips and probably have a lot of insight to share about traveling. I get so nervous about that and would love to see how you plan a trip. Maybe even fake plan one for the video!
(2) How to know if you're with the right person. You and Drew are so cute together and I would love a video of you both talking about your "green flags" in the relationship. There are a lot of people that want a relationship like you have and knowing what good signs to look for would be nice!
(3) An advice video, but specifically answering questions and helping people word what they want to say to someone. Not a lot of people have this skill and I think you do! You could read "letters" from viewers and talk about how you would approach the conversation with someone.
A couple holiday themed videos:

(2) Have a gingerbread house contest with a friend. You can race to assemble and decorate them. Bonus points if you use graham crackers to make the house instead of the pre-made houses.

I do like the 12 days of vlogmas and it also just seems less exhausting for you too, I personally can't imagine having to 'do something' every single day and record it, so I think the 12 days, even if you record a little everyday and combine two days into one vlog is a good idea! I think some ideas could be like taste testing drinks (coffee, tea, wine, cocktails, hot chocolate), reviewing the books you read this year or doing book recommendations, tv/movie recs, or trying your hand at a new skill like some kind of art or dance or anything :)
100% thrifted gift ideas. I’d love the inspiration but also showing that the videos out there aren’t showing the reality of what it’s like.
Love you trying viral organization trends. Like fridge bins, under sink… but doing it thrifted so less single use plastic.

Maybe for the holidays you (and Drew if he wants!) could volunteer at an animal shelter! I know the shelters in LA are really over full and could use exposure/volunteers. When I lost my 19 year old dog I knew I wasn't ready to adopt again for a while, but I wanted to honor her memory by helping other dogs and I found a lot of comfort in the company of pups. Also, since you want to travel you could foster dogs or cats, Taylor Wynn on yotube used to do that too so that she could help a dog out in between all of her travels. Anyway, I would love to see that, such a positive and lovely thing to do at the height of the stressful/consumerism holiday season!
