I ordered my new device online and it was delivered the same day. Since I didn't have time to set it up I chose to have them email me instructions where you activate the device and transfer data from your old phone. It's a fairly easy setup but in case you get stuck, please refer to this video or leave a comment below.
You need to click activate from your email, turn on your device, have the box nearby for the IMEI numbers, and follow instructions. To turn on the iPhone, press the side button on the right until you see the Apple. Turning off you need to press both the volume UP and button the right side at the same time, then slide off.
You'll end up putting your old phone near the new, enter passcode, set up FaceID, then download the info/photos over wifi. Enter your Apple ID and accept the terms and conditions. You should be almost ready to use your new phone.
