I faced the same problem the fix is easy reboot the boot from android tv debuge mode and type exit and press enter it will boot without setup then reboot one more time without repeating any thing and voila

The closest I've seen online seems to involve using Android debugging to force a language change and sideload Google TV system APKs, but some parts of MIUI TV still remain. Models made for Mainland China also ship with a DTMB tuner instead of a DVB or ISDB tuner. If you have a Xiaomi TV that was made for countries other than China, there's an option in the settings to switch from PatchWall to Google TV.

Can it installed full on hard drive so that after i remove the flash disk it can still boot on Android tv without a flashdisk?
