Once you get the disassembler you can disassemble junk blueprints for casting material which supposedly is used to make blueprints from items (more of a multi-player thing I think)
DAmn. I have trashed tons of blueprints. AT least I can disassemble them going forward. Thanks of the info.
Conan Exiles does the bag combining thing too. It’s super handy :)
Those floor traps that just send the enemies backwards are useful if used correctly because if you put those after 2 floor spikes the enemies get send back and has to go through the same spikes twice so it will get double the damage. But the place of your one will only get send flying back so the turrets can shoot it one more time! Great video as always!
look under the talent tab at the phsycal perks theres one named heavy lifting wich will give you 10 more inventory slots when maxed out 👍
For your main base make the 1st level 2 stories cause the later furnace and oil maker is taller than the basic stuff.
Kage you should try filling the entire hallway with those floor spike traps so every square has a trap. Might be overkill but the higher spawns will spawn stronger enemies. Maybe some more wall arrow shooter traps. It's very cool how these traps don't hurt you when you walk on them but hurt enemies. I wish 7 days to die did this.
Anything is op depending on how it's used for example the spring board if you put it at the end of one of your hallway so it flings the enemies the start of that hallway combined with those spikes and ballistas it makes them run down that same hallway 2x meaning 2x the damage. This is assuming it can fling the big guys and the reload speed of the traps. Ballistas seem to have a bit of range you might want to move the lure as far back as possible and set the ballistas on the front to act as softeners for the enemies
That beacon is really just a big "Deliver unto me... LOOT!" button. lol

This game is very good.
Talent points are found in large quantities in churches and light houses.
The smallest thing will F-up their pathfinding. 1 Pillar placed in my trap made them unable to go my stairs. The pillar was 10 blocks away so it could be anything.
Is there going to be a Playlist to be easier to view the videos?
If you use the guardrails instead of walls (1/2 height), then put 2 stacked foundations (as a column) on the sides, you can put the ballistas on top of the columns overlooking the whole thing.
The 'zombie mind'. If a zombie is smart enough to path through a maze to get to you, than they should be smart enough NOT to enter that maze because it's a trap. A real zombie should see you on a building and claw at the wall right below you. I guess the game has to have some danger though. Good vid. EDIT: I'd like to see a game where strong materials are unbreakable to zombies and the real challenge it getting in and out of your base because the zombies keep accumulating outside.
once the base has been upgraded to steel (floors, stairs and walls), zombies no longer attack the base and just run directly to the beacon
Light houses are the best for farming talent books
On your last line of switchbacks (all using guardrails) put a stairs up/down and put floors on the half walls with guardrails on the side of your beacon. Then put flip plates on the floors. Any big guys that get through will get flipped back out and have to go through the guantlet again.
Kage you need to put a stairs at your beacon those zombies need an enterance and exit or else they will destroy foundations
they are attacking the stairs because it is the structure and it is inside of the lure circle which you can see when you place the lure.

I had the same problem with the horde attacking my stairs, this in NOT a bug, its part of the gameplay mechanic. The pathway for the beacon is only an issue if they cant walk directly to the base of the beacon. You have it bordered with foundations. I had the same thing. All you have to do is add a staircase that takes you to the base of the beacon and that should solve the pathway issue. It fixed it for me.
About the negative reviews. Watched a couple people play this/ Seen it has horde base you can start whenever you want. Figured I'd buy it. Went to comments about the game cause I seen it was mixed. Every bad comment I seen was because the online already had hackers and cheaters. Did not read a lot, but didn't see one about the game play.

The bad reviews are pretty much all multiplayer complaints about there being no anti cheat. Single player is the way to go with this game right now.
Really need to implement an auto combine when putting things in storage or inventory. It has auto stack, I mean when you click button it adds items from inventory to storage that are already in storage. QoL, I'm sure will happen eventually
Make foundations and use pillars outside the walls for the ballistics they can be placed on top of the pillars
The electrical stuff is pretty fun but a bit annoying. I had to setup 7 windmills in series cause I was only getting 61 power from each to power the large mine. But it was worth it cause it gives a constant feed of resources even when I'm offline (since the server is still up)

I am a complete packrat in these games but I hate storage wars lol, I greatly increased stack size so I don't need a warehouse full of boxes to store everything.
Put the generator in the horde base and use the the metal spin blades.
Looks like your stairs have a gap from ground, they need to be into ground to work right. Even if its a small little part it will need stairs into the ground.
Your not supposed to die while on the manual miner it's a bug. So is the stairs thing for the maze. Gota love early access. There working on the bugs
No point keeping the blue prints for floors as your in single player, you find skill points in chests etc
if you press L it goes to the tasks and you can check if you have claimed everything

Looks like they are getting through because each floor trap only hits one enemy at a time.
I found that I have to rebuild the stairs each time I logon. I can get away with one set of stairs this way.
double up the stairs it fixed same issue for me
I built the front of my horde base at ground level and had the horde attacking the walls. Not sure what that's about.
Build the garage for make vehicles and make smg gun
Bad reviews are from the pvp, otherwise, this looks like a solid game.
why not use the flintlock turret they do more damage than the ballista turrets and since you dont use the flintlock gun you would have excess amount of lead pellets to use for them.
You can only have one beacon so while it's at the maze your main base is not auto healing which in time will disappear. But u can move the beacon back and forth. Your allowed 2 territory flags that u can use to setup smaller bases. I'm having difficulty in putting down the lure for some reason at my base where my beacon is at. Hope u decided to setup a dedicated server?
I think in the setup you can spe ify how many beacons you will allow. Not really sure. Just remember thinking I could have more so my base wouldn't have to be in range of the battle area or have multiple bases

Had my guy afk'ing. Came back, dead and my miner was gone. Where I'm at, foxes spawn. I figure one got me and kept pounding on the miner till it broke.
So i put up barriers around my base, but the fox is spawning inside. Don't know how to fix that yet.

I've heard they can't climb stairs.
All the bad reviews are from passed off pvp players on pvp servers because of all the cheating and hackers in the game. It's really bad. But the deves are aware of it and theve supposedly fixed it.
Bad reviews are from the PVP... This game already has a massive influx of cheaters/haxors in it :(

This game is so much better online tho. Its not made for singleplayer

Use spring traps to throw them back over the spikes.
Put the spring boards AFTER the spikes and throw them back over the spikes.
That way the spikes do 2x the damage.
