    m8 never apologise or feel bad for doing farmwork - it's sorta in the name... it's kinda why we come here - to see your good farm management which includes managing your fields.. it's a pleasure to watch you do the mundane tasks. Every bit of fieldwork that improves your future growth and crop management that improves yields is a pleasure to watch to show the growth.
    Really enjoyed today's session!

      Yeah we are all watching a farming game. Being upset that farming is being done which is what fieldwork is would be insane. NOt every video will have a huge variety of jobs getting done and that is fine.
      Loved the video Chainsaw don't feel bad about it at all mate.

    I hope this series runs and runs until the entire map is Daggerwin and Chainsaw's farming empire.

    Since both of those fields will need spraying, perhaps now is the time for the spot-sprayer upgrade. You have the funds for it. Cheers!

    Field work is not boring to watch as a time lapse. In fact it is very satisfying to watch.

    Shouldn't say sorry for doing fieldwork. Last time I checked, this was farming simulator. There's no farming without fieldwork. Just thankful that there are time lapse for our sakes :). Thank you for another great video. Also incase you didn't know using the double drill setup, daggerwin detaches/attach setup to confirm you are drilling with the same crop type.

    In order to keep from falling off the bridge, place a second bridge right next to it, doubling the width.

      Lets see if youtube well let me post my reply this time. Or they could download a place able planks mod from the modhub and place those along the sides of the bridge. It's like a decoration type mod.

    I appreciate field work might not seem interesting to watch but It's farming sim, what are people coming here for if not field work? It's the bread and butter of fs

    You should get the Lizard PB3-081 cultivator. It's 8M wide, 10 mph, requires only 120hp and costs only $9k. Great series, love it 😉❤

    That was one busy day for both of you today. Starting to get so many things to do you'll struggle to fit then all in a day at 5x speed.

    Dang! That had to of gotten pretty boring for you, doing that one big field for over half the episode. Glad you time lapsed all of that. There's no way i would of done all that myself without upgrading the equipment first, or renting bigger equipment. 👍❤️

    Chainsaw, if you download the Colossus harvester pack you get the olive harvester in it. As long as you keep it standard it isn't ridiculous (anyone that has used the Colossus pack knows they are cheat tools when specced up) and as standard it is £103,000 cheaper at £203,000 for exactly the same tool as the basegame one

    Mod suggestion for you to think about. Try out the soybean patty production. It is a well balanced production, very similar to the cereal production. max price for 1000L on hard is 2700. probably around 5400 on medium which you guys play. you were talking about maybe getting a grain mill. which would go great with this soybean production. its also requires oil which is good because you already got a oil mill. soybean production requires. Barley, Soybeans, Flour, Sunflower oil.

    I like watching both of you work together on a task, but yet seeing both of you accomplish different tasks on different parts of the farm simultaneously is also satisfying. That's why this series is great.

    Guys you need to start somewhere, productions can only happen after a lot of farmwork. So we understand, the start up is always and ever the working of the land. And like many say, its kinda therapeutic to watch (I myself usualy fall asleep when Im making hay or saw new crops myself, its just too relaxing hahaha). I cant count the times I had to restart from a previous safe because I was creating fields, fell asleep and half the land was plowed where it shouldnt be because the equipment kept going forward. :)

    Chainsaw, the number of chickens is too low. You'll make the money for buying the extra chickens from mayonnaise from selling one pallet. Please get at least 500.

    • @AnnaMaria-zm8cv
      @AnnaMaria-zm8cv 16 днів тому

      They also need a lot of food and as much as I understood that was the reason why they slowly upgrade the amount of chicken as this coop requires constant refill of food and they prefer to grow it themselves over buying food. I´d rather see them invest in another chickencoop that can hold more food. There is one that can hold up to 25000 chicken, but imagine how much food it needs... I got stuck at 5000 when it required 25000l per month.

    i believe rolling only adds something like 1 percent so if its missed not a big issue the main things lime, nitrogen and weeds should add plowing and stones but then you will both be stressed lol making your own lime though now you have a lot of fields might be good , loving the series i watch both of you

    • @Broken__Reality
      @Broken__Reality 16 днів тому

      2.5% bonus for rolling and the same for mulching. Small but everything adds up over the size of the field and time.

  • @Broken__Reality
    @Broken__Reality 16 днів тому

    I've been thinking about the Precision Farming and the bonusses. Pretty sure you get a bonus for fertilising with a tractor that has the sensor unit. Wouldn't it be better to have a seeder / planter that doesn't fertilise and then fertilise after using a sensor tractor? Or does the sensor work with fertiliser in the seeder / planter as well? It could be a use for one of the tractors once you upgrade and get a more powerful one and larger seeder / planter to keep it as a fertiliser / sprayer.
    Anyway loving the videos and field work is farming so don't worry about doing a lot of it.

    I think it would be nice if one of you would run around the owned area painting that forestry or dirt texture that is free. that way we all know how much the fields can be expanded to and see what trees can be cut. just my thoughts on it

    Good day ChainSaw another good video -
    1. Hey no need to say sorry re field work ok - its all part of the game to be fair we all know what to expect :) - we done it too - and we also have tasks we dont like doing it - am no fan of rolling
    2. Just an idea as you and Daggerwin kinda did your own thing this time - Maybe at start of next EP you do like a fly pass thing of your farm - what you did last time - and one of you do a fly over of one of you working in a field - just for something different - I done that in videos in the past when i played with friends :) - be cool to do that now and then - or even the AI - just now and then!
    You show Dag he shows you in his videos - ( instead of using the map)?
    3. Am guessing you have plowing off ? - thats the only thing I turn off in ny game
    4. Quick question if I may- do you do your voice over after recording - or during then edit?
    All the best :)

    • @Broken__Reality
      @Broken__Reality 16 днів тому +1

      For your questions 3 - they do have periodic ploughing off the rest like weeds and lime are on. 4- I am pretty certain he does the voice over live as he records and then edits after.

    Why don't you make more use of AI workers to get more boring stuff done, in the one on one Challenge, you always did.
    And get a big shed for gods sake, the yard looks like Hillbilly paradise
