  • The 'Harnessing Steam' event at the Black Country Living Museum, Dudley, United Kingdom, filmed on Saturday 9th October 2021.
    The event featured full size steam road locomotives, plus several scaled down replicas, and a live steam miniature railway. In addition, the museum's collection of stationary engines are seen in action at the Racecourse Colliery and powering the demonstrations at the Anchor Forge.

    It’s now confirmed that the terrier is not coming to the seven valley railway as planned due to urgent repairs so in its place we have 506 the S15 loco from the mid hants railway

    Breaking news lady of legend is coming to the seven valley railway for the second time ever only this time it’s got the terrier tank of 2678 on its first visit in 19 years and 60007 sir nigel gresley this loco is confirmed to stay there after it’s steam testing and it’s that locos first visit in 13 years

      Looking forward to it. Not seen an A4 on the SVR for ten years, I don't think. Bittern at the 2012 spring gala was the last one to visit as far as I can remember. Looking forward to seeing the Terrier too. This was my first steam locomotive 'cop', at Butlin's holiday camp at Minehead when I was a baby. Going have to try and think of some different shots to take of the Saint though. Did most of the main ones last year.

      @@davidcattell7311 yeah I remember that loco bittern in 2012 as well but sadly I didn’t even capture her on tape because I didn’t have my iPhone back then
