The 7&1/4" Gauge track gives an impression of the 7ft of the 1800s. She seems to steam very well, safety valves lifting for some time here & there. Priming a bit at the start, but after she got into her stride she never stopped. Why was there so much coal scattered by the firehole door?
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the ride. Coal by the door......lazy firing but also not so easy when batting along to get it all in without loosing the odd bean here and there. The coal on the floor represents a good 3 hours steaming
Duck’s based off a similar engine, the GWR 5700 pannier tank - this one’s an 8700 pannier tank, and the “tender” is really just so someone can ride the thing at all haha

Hi James, this is our club site. Cost wise this loco is worth approx £5000 in excellent condition. If it were worn out, scruffy etc it would be slightly less. This is my loco and she isn't for sale lol. Biggest issue with garden/yard railways is having enough radius in your curves
