I really like the montage that they added when Aigis talks about death. It really elevates the scene, but I also like the animated smoke from FES, that's coming out of Erebus's... head? Bc it sort of looks like tears, which is fitting. Also... no closeup of Makoto's face in reload. It's such a shame. His expression of determination... idk, it's just really powerful.
I wondered why I was able to notice the smoke differences despite being so small a change! I guess I got attached to seeing Erebus as not just hungry malice; it's crying out for death but also just. crying for death :( It was the first time I looked at the two-headed design and thought "yeah i can see part of my own desires in there"
@@CarlosSilva-bh4bi Even Fuuka? I will say that Aigis's more robotic flat tone in the original evokes more for me too, but I think the issues with this scene's voices mostly stem from the localization differences.
@@phrinus Yeah, Fukka's tone is way more serious in P3F In Fes it feels like she is in actual pain or overwhelmed, in P3R she sounds as if it were nothing to Feel THAT or at least sounds too much bland to me
@@CarlosSilva-bh4bi Awkward, but I meant the complete opposite. Fuuka in Reload is voice acted at LEAST "with a passing grade" compared to her in the original or FES. It's a well-known meme for a decade at least🥲

Ngl, the original speech felt stronger than the new
Like, it also had better voice acting

if you think the old voice acting is better you need your ears to be checked

@@phrinus honestly I still feel that FES Fukka in that Cutscene in especific kicks Reload Fukka
