When I saw snow rolls, I thought that an army of crazy people had gone out into a field (and it was REALLY cold, mind you) and done some sort of (around the bend) twist where they were manufacturing these super-odd things...for an unbeknownst motive.
If nothing else strikes you about this post, please consider that I used the word "unbeknownst."
But, like a good nerd, I looked it up, and it turns out that it's a rate natural phenomena.
I didn't know these were so rare. I used to see them all the time in upstate New York when I was a kid back in the 1950's and 60's.
You're pretty old. Strange stuff like that happens to old people.
