    Sleep is a very integral part of human life.Often people due to inadequate sleep in today's tension filled world say and do things which affect large number of people and their lives.Medical science says a good night's sleep of at least 7-8 hours a day is very much necessary for human life else people may become insane.This can affect their health as well as the health of the people around.Especially if that person is covering a large section of crowd.In a 24 hour day it is very much necessary for people below 18 and above 60 to have a sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours.Practicing yoga and meditation and pranayam is also very necessary.People from 18-60 though may not get that much amount of sleep in today's modern tension filled world but they should at least try to get 7-8 hours of proper sleep.Practicing yoga and pranayama and trying to follow healthy standards of living to some extent also helps.A day should be balanced with at least 7.5 hours of sound sleep,1 hour of personal care(bathing and eating etc.),1 hour in family activities,1-1.5 hours of travel(office through vehicle or just a normal walk),9 Hours of office work with proper breaks,2-3 hours of leisure(listening to music or any other activity after coming back from work.Still they will have 1 hour left with them.Should try to meditate and keep away from propagandas.

    Should try to come out of their ego zones and look for the fault within themselves rather than blaming everyone.Try to be humble,decent and to some extent selfless.
