What I realized about all of the dagestani, and a lot of fighters from eastern europe is that they don't really do anything special, but rather they+re able to keep the same pressure for the whole 25 minutes and it just so happens that that pace is greater than the max pace of most fighters
@@EcoInstant I didn't mean that they wete just like any other fighters, obviously they are special, but the special thing is that they do basic moves on such a level that it looks like magic, like Porier said about Khabin, he wqsn't all that strong but he had perfect weight placement when controling opponents on the ground
They do a lot of special things, but they're maximizing efficiency (in the grappling specifically). Man their grappling is just so technical. They are the best grapplers in the ufc, not a lot of people can match that level of overall skill. On the feet, their main assets are incredibly fast reflexes, speed and fight iq. Which are basically the 3 most important things you need in the striking.
They hit you more than they get hit , they take you down more than they get taken down , they dominate almost every single minute of fight , special is mediocre word for them. If you want them to just brawl and land a lucky knock out punch then you wont see it , because they do not base their fights on luck but pure arts martial arts.

Met him on the plane yesterday. He was playing chess with someone else I didn’t recognize. They seem like simple and good people.
That’s so cool man lol
bro he is fooking applying debuffs with his legs and he uses takedown and smashes the oponent with his fists and elbow, i love him
Umar has the best front kicks I have ever seen in MMA.
Second best, Cro cop still holds that title but it's a power vs speed comparison, he definitely has some of the fastest.
@@Dante-mw2ez Valid point. Cro-Cop is an absolute legend.
But with Umar, I don't know what it is... He is incredibly fast. I don't know that I have ever seen a push kick cover so much ground so quickly.
@@GoodKarma90 Ya that makes sense, but they are 2 different weight class so that makes sense. I look forward to his growth
Andy Hug as well

His front kick is out of this world the speed
12:17 high feint to front kick. Mad stuff.
Insane Man, Insha Allah Umar will come Champion, He is so good and happy to see they are keeping the legacy of Numagomedov family.
After watching a bunch of footage on khabib coming up through his youth and now seeing his lil bro like this.........dude lol nobody ever stood a chance, khabib really was that fkn good and a lot of us just did not realize it lol wow ......if that family had a fighter bred for every weight class it would be absolute domination of the UFC lol 😆 dana would have to just step down and let them run it
A definite ufc champ in the waiting. . This is dedication and commitment showing its rewards.A absolute pleasure to have in this sport.Thank you.
His body structure is so pure and strong, Subhan-Allah!!!!! 💚❤️💚❤️💪💪👊👊
WOW what a well rounded fighter with incredible kicks. The timing and speed of those feet/hands and the wrestling background... It's like he sees the fight in slow motion or something.
He's good but needs to work on his boxing

@@nzuncovered1845 you forgot what happened to the boxer who went up against a Nurmagomedov?
Much love n respect for nurmagomedov family and dugistan from Ethiopia.
I came from the year 3012 just to look back at the beginning of the strongest clan in existence. The Nurmagomedov. In my time they dominate the universe. They can spit fireballs, shoot laser from their eyes and fly at the speed of light. When a new Nurmagomedov is born the universe trembles and everyone can feel the overwhelming pressure of a new Nurmagomedov. Even as babies they eat blackholes. They are the ultimate singularities. Incomprehensible. Invincible. Phenomenon.
😂
😂
Bruh 😂
😂😂 I'm dead 💀
what he said
Man, his kicking is out of this world! ...As good as the kicking of the great Zabit Magomedsharipov who was so feared by UFC fighters in his class that they refused to fight him!
Excellent video and excellent spot on commentary. Thank you very much for all the effort put in, I loved it and learned a lot about MMA and Umar's fighting style. This kid is vicious AF and if I were to ever fight, I'd probably adopt a very similar style. Loved every second of the content, thanks a lot, just like Umar's unmatched skill, this too was a great display of skill in the editing and creating of this video
I always thought it was dumb to not utilize kicks more. It’s like a rooster in cockfighting not using its claws but only beak.
Does anyone else appreciate the voice overs ability to name every fighter or person that is covered in his content flawlessly..
Praise to you the guy with the hypnotic voice nailing it every time .
🎉🎉🎉 Umar Nurmagomedev 🎉🎉🎉 Usman Nurmagomedev 🎉🎉🎉 Dono hi Behtreen fighter hain. Behtreen fight dekhne ko mili🎉🎉🎉 All the best 🎉🎉🎉
Umar is a lethal machine. He will definitely be the next World Champion. These guys from Dagestan have a unique DNA. Toughest in the world.
Эти ребята жили и тренировались в высокогорных районах, у них кровь быстрее насыщается кислородом, поэтому они и выносливые. У них бензобак на 200 литров.
On of the interviews Abdulmannap Nurmagamedov (RIP) said “when we first time phone talk with Dana White i said if we come to UFC we will take all champions and White laughed on us” and what is happening the 3rd champion is on the way
His kick is as fast as whiplash....his execution on grappling is fast too....young eagle emerge✊🦅🦅
The Nurmagomedov family is special 🦅
If his wrestling is 90% of his brothers Khabib there's a new future champion in town. What a generational family of talent.
Khabib is his cousin, not his brother.
@@PB22559 it still counts as his brother
@@louisromulo4250 well, they call everyone brother but Im assuming the poster meant actual brother because of the surname and the fact they look alike
it doent.. did you miss hour of biology in school or what ? @@louisromulo4250

Khabib grappling skill combined with perfect kicks 😟 this guy isn't getting beaten anytime soon
His grappling doesn't seem at Khabibs level yet but he has better striking.
@@Dante-mw2ez he has time lol
@@kingkrispy5289 Yep, I prefer his style to Khabibs so far so I look forward to his growth.
Nobody in the top five wants to fight this man.
Yes they are ducking him like they did to islam when he challenges for the title belt they say he didnt fight top 5
Maybe Cory
to be honest you can't blame anyone for ducking this young man
@@godarhussain0a143 i can
And casual will say , he fought nobody 🤣

bro this is your year. Continue to make this content and I like that you give respective fighters the credit where it’s due. Thumbs up as always!
he will go undefeated in a few weight classes.
he’s unstoppable!
This is the first I've heard of this guy I'm not been impressed with nobody's kicks since I seen Raymond Decker this gentleman is the first one that has thoroughly impressed me I had to watch it on slow mo six times as he what in the heck he is even doing absolutely amazed
What I realized about all of the dagestani, and a lot of fighters from eastern europe is that they don't really do anything special, but rather they+re able to keep the same pressure for the whole 25 minutes and it just so happens that that pace is greater than the max pace of most fighters
That sounds special to me
@@EcoInstant I didn't mean that they wete just like any other fighters, obviously they are special, but the special thing is that they do basic moves on such a level that it looks like magic, like Porier said about Khabin, he wqsn't all that strong but he had perfect weight placement when controling opponents on the ground
its the mindset and commitment
Man Umar is a beast and on another level he and his Brother Usman are amazing fighters. This family name will last forever 💯💯💯💯
Fighting machine. Never bleed never lose .
Этот крик (Да-да) зов отца, это крик сердца.🤝👍🔥☝️
Отличный комментарий, брат.
Mashallah! What a fighter! Respect.
Soooo crisp and lighting fast are his strikes. The force is strong with this one
This guy is a monster!
He is soo young!. Soo powerfull!. Soo Fast!
Amazing striking skills and top level Dagestani wrestling!.
Undefeated champion is his back...
There is no way but becoming a Champion.
Those Dagestani fighters gonna rule UFC for a long time.
Khabib, Islam, Umar, Tagir…..Dagestani fighters are next level elite fighters. There is no taking them down.
Never seen a front push kick with that type of speed and accuracy 🔥
Muay Thai
Anderson Silva be like: Hold my belt.

Im not as much of a ufc fanatic as I used to be, but how the hell have i not heard of this guy??? I still watch most ppv's, and most of the undercards, dude looks legit! Striking better than big bro, and grappling to boot!
If you compare to Usman, Umar is big bro.
@@FnD4212 Well not in size. Like how Kamaru Usman’s “little bro” is a heavyweight
@@benlewis5312 Usman Nurmagomedov, not Kamaru Usman.
Looks like khabib is just a tip of these Dagestani Iceberg. A more conplete fighter than the two OG champions.
Looking so forward to seeing another Nurmagomedov taking their rightful place.
He looks even scarier than Khabib. His kicks and punches are second to none , his footwork is excellent and in addition to all that he is a grappling god just like Khabib. He seemingly has no weakness
Israel Adesanya has a lot of punishment waiting for him with this guy and khamza. Apparently the one eyed monster also has a beast brother named Omar Mogamedov. All trained by the greatest abdulmudalab RIP
Nah cmon, he just has a habit of getting away, not like he has the full kickboxing repertoire of footwork

Ma'sha Allah! Well done to the Brothers.
Thanks for a great video, VoteSport.👍
What an absolutely dominant family.
Umar is beast! Pure Talent.
Strongest family on the earth
Them kicks are absolutely quick and invisible until you feel them .
These daghestanis have such a crazy wrestling game, developing elite striking like muay Thai is genius when you already have such wrestling ability
That vicious front kick is unpredictable where to land for defense 💪💪💪 complete skills wether in exchange or in the ground🙏🙏🙏
Votesport, this is so wholesome. Keep 'em coming.
Ok, how is this guy not know more in the MMA world? I just found out about him from this video. Umar looks like the perfect fighter here. Superb punching and kicking abilities and wrestling skills. He's got everything. Yes, I am not exactly a fanatic MMA fans. So I don't know much about MMA and UFC, but for a completely perfect fighter like him, I think the world should know him regardless if you watch MMA fights.
Allah protected you Omar ...... From Africa 🧔🏿🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾
Incredible striking like I've never seen! Pure explosion from a leg !
He has the kicks that kabih did not have.
Only that khabib didn't need it :) the dude was beyond aggressive with granite chin
Thank you, captain Obvious.
Khabib have a kick, but Father and Javier not allowed him to use it.. Khabib strictly follow his coaches word..
Yes, Khabib wasnt good at striking, but his wrestling was absolute flawless
Khabib didnt trained much on that as time passed younger ones added more to their fight skill.
when i heard the narrator voice, i was like oh shit this is the same voice that narrated usman video. i know it gonna be lit. i rewatch that video a lot of time.
Umar is a perfect example of how being confident in your grappling and wrestling gives you an incredible advantage with your striking.
Man can experiment in the standup and beat guys up,knowing if they catch and take him down,he's got that Nurmagomedov grappling to switch to 😀
Great fighter
That's exactly what I'm thinking seeing him 😂
