I GOT LOST!!! Adventure on Land For Sale Penamacor and Homestead Return

We were given the chance to film this incredible piece of land... On entering the property you are surrounded by native Oak trees, including some recently harvested Cork Oaks. These create some very welcome shade in this area. This part is recently cleared and looks to be potentially great for camping areas. And other recreational uses.
We discovered more about the land as we filmed and some interesting granite rocks are scattered throughout this part.
We discover that the property climbs upwards over much more wild rocky cliff parts and it becomes an adventurous playground to explore with rocky platforms, natural camps and seating areas and some magical nooks and crannies. There's amazing views out to nearby mountain ranges and local villages. As far as we were aware this property doesn't seem to have a water source so a new owner might want to consider alternative methods of water catchment and or storage. This land could be great using a campervan. We had an adventure exploring this place. It's a magical adventure playground with a beautiful meadow which would have some stunning flowers in the springtime.

I'm interested to know what the rules are about clearing wild rocky land like that. Are you supposed to clear it all because of fires or can you leave that part wild and beautiful as it is now?

That's a really good question to ask but to be honest we can't be certain of the answer. I would refer you to the agent as I'm sure they would have a much better idea of these things...
There are rules about managing trees close to property to reduce the fire risk but I'm not too sure how that applies in this case. Thanks for bringing this up. If you find out more please share that here with us too... Thanks for watching!

Good question. I will ask around.
Most of boulder is marked in the cadernetas as “esteril land”, so my feel is that they won’t be that strict like low land agricultural next to houses. It will be very good to sometimes give a hand to nature and get rid of y’all dry bushes during wet season. The owner is very proud of the land and came and cut the grass before it came to the market some weeks ago :)

I love your UA-cams! I'm very interested in this piece of land. Could I put a borehole in there? How about power? How far away is the closest electricity? I could not find an email for her...???

Hey thanks for that, much appreciated! You would probably need to contact the local Camera to find out if you could get permission to sink a borehole on this property. And not sure how close is the electricity... I do see this property as more recreational, for weekend camping or a bit of retreat.... As Conrad is saying, this land is more for recreational and nature enjoyment.
You could possibly put and borehole and even a construction up to 40m2…. But there are more empty plots to do so ❤
