I always love going up on loads with tandem jumpers, especially the first timers because it reminds me of my first time and why I got into skydiving. When the door is opened and things get real, you can tell how scared they are from the priceless look on their faces. Then they land they're usually all smiles and want to do it again. It's the best thing I've ever done with my life!
I agree. I've only done two tandems (third jump tomorrow!) but my first jump was full of fear and trepidation. My second jump was full of relaxation! Both my jumps are ready to view on my UA-cam channel and you can see the difference in my face and body language.
@@georgejacob3162 Yes the 2nd jump you're a lot more aware of what's happening, especially in freefall (which some ppl barely even remember much of their 1st jump). Sounds like they let you take the toggles and steer the parachute too, that's always fun. Also saw you did some aerobatics. Very cool. I got to fly in a small plane like that about 6 months ago and it was a lot of fun. Keep rockin it dude!
My cousin ran a jump school n they had a tower where you were takin up n dropped under parachute. I started doing that at 10. At 14 my cousin n friends were going to do a tandem jump with me but my cousin's son called my mom n rated me out .my mom showed up at the airport n grounded me for 3months. But I made my first tandem jump at 16 with parental consent because I graduated at 16. I did a tandem jump n 5 free falls with 2 master instructors with a headset n soft helmet. N my mom watched every jump. The first time I was under canopy by myself I landed perfectly on the red spot . By the time I was 21 I had my master jump license n was a instructor for the school. I took to skydiving like ducks take to water.N I got so good I used to jump into stadiums. When I was 37 I was in a car accident that put me in a wheelchair for a long time. My left knee was killed. A 16yr old boy high n drunk almost killed me. For me skydiving was definitely safer than driving. I never even broke a nail skydiving. I still miss it like a long lost love. But for 21yrs I got to fly with the birds. N feel the freedom of flight. But I still hate that kid who took away from me my first love.Skydiving.
Best tandem I’ve ever seen! That pull-handle check and altitude check mid-way down made me smile. Not to mention, great camera work too!!! What a great jump!
Interesting watching the tandems. My first jump was in San Diego in the 1980's. No tandem. Solo jump from a static line at 2,000 feet with a round parachute. They crammed 6 people into the back of a Cessna 182 with the seats and door removed. You sat in the door, put one foot on the wheel, grabbed the strut, and hung there until the instructor told you to let go. They had his big red arrow on the ground they would swivel to the direction you should point so you didn't land in the lake next to the airstrip or in Mexico over the hill.
Scared but you did it! I was scared before my first jump but all of my fear stayed on the ground. Fear left me as I got kitted up and I enjoyed my flight from take off in the plane to landing under canopy. I've since done a higher jump and I was nerve-free all day long. Both my jumps can be seen on my UA-cam channel.
I found my second jump worse. The first, you're totally bamboozled, full of adrenaline and caught by surprise. The second, you *know* what you're in for. Most people I've spoken to said much the same.
I have a single engine pilots license and enjoy flying. It would take 6 big men to get me out of a perfectly good flying machine. Of course I would worry if that little fan in the front of the plane quit going round and round.

if you are 1 of the later categories . take up fishing . or better still go and have a cup a t . with the local vicar . when he is preaching at the local communitity service .
I will be recruiting soon . in my mannor for 6 people to do a jump . in the Bristol area . I amixture of guys and girls . what I will be looking 4 in the guys is some people with steel in their bollocks . and not a bunch a limp wristed wankers , whose asshole will open up when the door slides back .
Still recruiting? I'm a West Country local from Swindon/Lyneham. I'm doing a charity tandem jump tomorrow at Salisbury for Swindon's Prospect Hospice. I've done two tandem jumps already as can be seen on my UA-cam channel. You'll see that I've done other things that some say require balls of steel on there too!
Please try a tandem just once at least! It is so scary to think about but right after leaving the plane all that fear stays in the plane! Skydiving is one of the most amazing experiences I promise you
I notice you keep watching skydive videos though so you must have some sort fascination for skydiving. I suspect your curiosity will get the better of you one day and you will jump out.

Agreed, sometimes I look back at the tandems just before I fall out the door to see the look on thier faces.
One of my fears , I'm truly thinking about doing it tho
John S. U have right! A hade asame filing :)
You know you are a skydiver when you randomely look at a UA-cam video and recognise the people from the plane 🤣🤣🤣
How beautiful to see her go from crying in fear to smiling with joy! The moment you see that smile you knew she was hooked!! GREAT VIDEO!!
Awesome camera work, man! And great customer handling.
Everybody is happy. Nice.
I love how all the fear just disappeared right after she was out the door.
@@Kenneth_James No mate that was a genuine smile. All of her fear stayed on the plane.

The tandems are the most fun! The screaming and terror when the door opens ! LOLOL!
Omg the camera man’s message at the end is incredible too! ✨👏🏻✨ You can do anything!
3:33 the typical tandem master behind the dude. Questioning everything he did and where he went wrong :D
Best tandem I’ve ever seen! That pull-handle check and altitude check mid-way down made me smile. Not to mention, great camera work too!!! What a great jump!
For those who don’t know: the tandem master deploy the rogue to slow down their fall rate to that of a single skydiver
I've never seen anyone crying with such a big smile on their face.
The jumpmaster's going to get you out that door one way or another. Good job. :-)
Word has it: if you are prepared to skydive naked you get your tandem for free😂😂😂😂
Thrilling experience, really great, congratulations 👌👌👌
Great video... well done ! Yay Amy you did it :))
Thanks for this nice Video . Greetings from France
I ask myself "have the Men from Mars already visited Earth and decided we're a load of nutcases?..." Must be good fun tho I want to try for my 70th!

Damn man....
Brave and Cute!!! The best combination ever. :)
Nice job Patrick and Allie on the video!
why the altimeter is put on the passenger's body? i noticed the instructor is checking a small watch on his left wrist. That's also an altimeter?
The camera flyer is the best I've ever seen!
She's adorable. Brave and cool!

Clickbait aside, good to see she calmed down and enjoyed the ride. :-)
Nailed it! Well done beautiful Carolina ☺️
Awesome camera job!
Gene Stuart is a great ambassador for the sport. Cool, calm and professional.

She did great! Fear immediately left once she was out of the plane!
Good job facing your fear and not letting it stop you.
It seemed like there was a problem in the opening.. streamer?
Just awesome!!!

What is this song please?
poor version of Dinosaur Jr's 'Feel the Pain'
@@mcmdrpiffle447 defs a poor version! Cheers
Would have been so much bettif we could have heard the actual sound of what was going on instead of destroying half the video (sound) with music.
For me it went nervous (not fearful), then complete bliss, then a little bit back to nervous waiting for the canopy to open, then back to bliss
Terrifying, blonde thrown out of plane, did I miss all the drama somehow?
you didn´t miss anything
Clickbait
Great, i love the video, she's so happy
Great job!!!
Love it! 🐛🦋
Awe
Let's change the title of the video shall we?
Best DZ in the world!
What's this "crying blonde pushed out of plane" bs?
Lame.
You get a thumbs down for that clickbait nonsense.
Im so scared of high rollercoasters idk how i would do this o-o
I like that she had ws style alti. I'm sure she kept altitude awareness
You go babe! You did great!
Where was the fear?
Very misleading title
Is that 3 foot tall long hair instructor a girl or a boy? Why is a 4 year old taking tandems? The rig is bigger than it is. Lol.
Why the droid music?
mmm her blue eyes
