Delicious as always. Leek and potato soup is my specialty.
I sauté the leeks with onions and then sauté the garlic for 2 minutes before making a rouxe with equal parts salted butter and flour.

Warm soup for the winter
This looks pretty good. My parents used to make potato soup with potato, onion, condensed milk, and water. Very similar, but we didn't emulsify the soup, we left it chunky.
