All these changes are is getting rid of the cheap options, forcing people who are on a tight budget to pay more for the most base bronco they could get.
Do you think before production starts they will have available a soft top for the Big Bend two door? After all since they are copying the Jeep, why not?
I was told 2 things. 1st answer was an oversight. The next answer was that it was a cost cutting measure to streamline the manufacturing process and that you can use FordPass and remote unlock and start the vehicle. Time will tell. I love the keypad on our Fords! I hope they didn’t axe it.
Good video and information. Where is it documented that the Badlands gets the upgraded steering gear for 2024? I didn't see it in the ordering guide. I just ordered a '24 Badlands 2-Door with Sasquatch, Lux and Tow Package in Carbonized Gray Metallic. Fingers crossed it will be built within 6 months.
Here is one other major thing to know before ordering. If you plan to flat tow you are taking a huge gamble that you might destroy the transmission and have to buy a new one. This happened to me.
@@Recycled1 flat towing destroyed my 2022 badlands transmission. Ford claims I didn’t follow flat tow protocol on the 16 time. Cost me $6300 to fix. Under warranty that was excluded. I now tow on a trailer uggggg.
@@clintwestwood2731 Thanks for the reply. I was looking to replace my 2dr Jeep JK that I’ve flat towed 60k miles, with something that has more room and more comfortable to drive. I need to do more research.
Ford has discussed improving the finishes of the Bronco for 2024 as well as making Marine Grade Vinyl seats standard on the Big Bend and reducing the usage of cloth. We can’t confirm whether the materials have been improved until they start arriving unfortunately.
What you need to know is….they are poor quality and overpriced. Wait for Toyotas new releases coming this year and 2025. The Bronco is a Ford branded Jeep. Same quality and “luxury”. If you can’t wait…the Lexus GX 460 is a superior option to the Bronco.
Excited to see what the new Toyota models bring to the table, the new version of the Land Cruiser looks good. They aren’t exactly apples to apples to Jeep and Bronco because of the removable tops and doors. The Lexus also starts at around $58,000.
@@huntauto Can’t wait… The Lexus GX starting price is reasonable since it’s loaded with luxury while the Bronco may start lower but that’s because it has a 4cylinder, possibly two doors, soft top and A LOT of options missing versus its upper trims like the WildTrak. The Lexus GX460 starts with luxury with couple of trims, yet to see what all the 550 will offer, I doubt they will disappoint. Average Bronco with the same options would easily be $65k+ And let’s be real, which one is going to make it to 100k miles+ and still feel and run great? 😂😂 Lastly, I could see paying $45k-maybe $60k for a WildTrak BUT $65k-72k? Nope. I stopped looking at Jeep Wranglers years ago because of the inflated pricing. People are buying vehicles today based on hype and popularity; ignoring quality, pricing (bang for the buck) and functionality. I think the economy (inflation) is going to help kill the absurd pricing. Fords trying to pay for their attempt at EVs. 😂😂

It’s probably a bit more difficult to say with the UAW strike hitting the Bronco plant. We should be coming out with a timeline update on how long models will hopefully take.

I checked pretty much every box on a '24 Outer Banks.... 2.7 V6, Sasquatch, Tow package, hard top, LUX..... The wait Started on 8-23-23. Pray for me!
Ordered the exact same thing in White plus Aux Switch and Steel front bumper on 8/24/23. Dealer guessed 8-12 months. Im hoping by May

I noticed that the keyless entry keypad isn't an option for the 2024 bronco. why have they taken that option away?

@@Recycled1 do NOT rely on claims made by ford for flat tow. It might turn out to be VERY EXPENSIVE
Do any of the models have air conditioning vents for the back seats?
No
Unfortunately no. There is venting under the seats to the back for air.

So 2024 black diamond v6 with mid package is the same price as the outer banks with mid package and v6. Wondering if I’m missing something
