ingredients:-
3 litters Milk
1 tsp curd
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Follow these steps make Malai Butter And Ghee at Home:-
1. Heat milk 12 minutes.
2. Rest milk 2-3 hours and proper cold
3. keep the milk in the fridge overnight
4. remove malai
5. 10 to 15 days to collect malai
6.then heat the malai
7.then put curd in the malai
8.Leave it in a warm place for 10 to 12 hours
9.After that grind it in a blender or Mixers with cold water
10. Seprate the butter
11 heat butter make ghee 25-30 minutes.

Hi,thnku very much..I tried but when I mix water in jar along with malai,it is not separating butter n water ,water totally gets mixed with malai n when heated it takes .more time to make ghee in this case.

Meri mom humesha aise hi karte hain. Is technique / method se makhan, chaachh / lassi. Aur isi makhan se ghee bana lijiye. Gas bhi bachegi aur chhidi bahut kam nikalti hai wo bahut achhi baat hai ( 3 in 1 ). Pital ki heavy base kadhai use kijiye. Methi dana ni daalte iska kya kaaran hai aur usse kya hoga ?
