My issue is that my videos work fine on a Mac when downloaded from Google Photos (they were shot on a Google Pixel phone). However, when I download them to a Windows machine they give me the above error code and only play the sound, or the sound and corrupted imagery. So I know that the original files are fine, it's just that something happens when I download them on my Windows laptop. I have tried every media player I know of, including QuickTime. So it sounds to me as if there is a Windows compatibility issue that is causing the 0xc00d5212 error code. Can you help?
