Yeah garden warfare has something so unique something special that make's it perfect, the game is made for fun dumb, funny, intresting thing's happening in the matche's it's just fun to mess around and having fun pvp, fighting bosses, etc... Garden warfare 2 has the same but some boss music's got remowed and boss mode as well, BUT there's infinite time, graveyard ops, garden ops, town hall, etc... just so many thing's arghh best shooter game ever.
Old Account I played both garden warfare was original but 2 was really fun the only thing I enjoy at gw1 was the main music and the old days while 2 I played at 2016ish -2017 I liked the missions I finished both zombies and plants
I don’t mind the lack of color on GW2 maps, but the lack of paths to the capture point sucks. In GW2 there are to many players for the small area where people fight.
Garden Warfare's style is unparalleled. It has the pvz vibe but has it's own charm too. It has that suburban mysterious feeling to it. Especially with the bigger maps. Music fits the tone perfectly. The gameplay is fun for multiplayer, split screen or just single player garden ops. Unappreciated masterpiece.
the world of GW just feels real somehow. no amount of janky NPCs, and awkward dialogue can make a game feel as alive as this one. every single aspect of the game comes together perfectly to form something that feels _bigger_ than popcap. like _more_ than just a videogame. like somewhere out there, in some other universe, the world of PVZ exists, and Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare is our small window into it.

PVZ1, and especially GW1, is based on 90s-2000s cartoon suburbia. i think shows like rugrats, and ed edd n eddy have a somewhat similar atmosphere. but then PVZ2, and GW2 are like, time travel and cosmos and stuff. however GW2 has just a little bit of metropolis/art deco in it, which i do appreciate.

The beginning just YEETs you back into the good days of playing PVZ in your mom's car while she's driving you to school, then the drumroll comes and reminds you: this is the modern era, you're not a kid anymore.
Never played any of the other PvZ games other than the first one. But as a piece of music this is one of my favourites, especially the drums. Feels like a modern remaster remake of the classic theme.
I still remember me and my buddies either teaming up on co-op or going into pvp and screaming and having the time of our lives. Everytime it came to a close call we all fall silent and one of us would do something spectacular and we would be so proud. The last time we played together will always be in my mind. The amount of chilli bean bombs that I have lobbed onto a payload and stopped a whole team is astonishing. For all of the times we carried a whole team and tried to one-up each other, this music will be here forever.
0:32 is my favorite part of this entire theme, I remember being 8 or 9 years old and this absolute banger starts playing when I boot up the game on my ps3, this game was my entire childhood without a doubt
Garden warfare 2 has better graphics and gameplay but ga den warfare 1 has so much better music and maps, the garden warfare 2 ones suck the garden warfare 1 maps and music are some of the most memorable things for me
actually gw 1 graphics were better, the zombies and plants looked grittier and more lively textured plus some realistic details in few areas, gw 2 they toned it down for some reason

Garden Warfare 1 is awful in comparison to Garden Warfare 2 given there’s not much to do singleplayer wise, terrible leveling up system, and the fact you only start out with one ability BUT you can only get the ability after the match when you completed the tedious quest

I playing taco bandits, getting the Cheetos Chomper, and hearing real people chat when the game was playing. Tbh, I was kinda scared when I heard those people talked, idk why… But yeah still one of the best first person shooters around.

Bro, I'm Brazilian, but I come here every day to listen to this nostalgic opening theme of the game that marked my childhood for 3 years, because in the same year it was released, my father bought a disc along with the Xbox 360 that unfortunately he played so much I ended up scratching the disc and discarding it in the trash. I think I'm one of the few citizens outside the USA whose childhood was marked by this wonderful game.

Its been so many years, almost a decade, So I dont remember to well, I remember seeing this game come out when I always used to play the normal version on my phone, The music, the maps, the gamemodes, the characters, Its unrivalled in how god damn awesome this game is.
This reminds me of when I used to spend the nights at my grandparents’ house in 2014. I would play on my grandpa’s Xbox 360, and this was one of my favorite games to play.
In this both GW and GW2 on the plant side I was a combat sunflower. I healed my team when needed but i also harmed my enemies. On the zombies team I played an all around all star.

Tried loading into a team vanquish game yesterday, couldn't find one ): I know I could just go play GW 2 or 3 but I was really hoping to play the first one with all of the maps and characters I remember from when I used to play. what platform? i have never had problems getting games of TV and G&G. the smaller modes can be empty, but all you have to do is invite friends, and then the lobby will grow.
I would open this game up and stay on the title just to listen to this theme. I really wished I could play it again. It feels so much more fun than GW2.

what platform? i have never had problems getting games of TV and G&G. the smaller modes can be empty, but all you have to do is invite friends, and then the lobby will grow.
This is still my most loved game I miss the old days coming back from school and popping in this game and play tank commander and alien flower

I would open this game up and stay on the title just to listen to this theme. I really wished I could play it again. It feels so much more fun than GW2.
How did I (a person who isn’t good and doesn’t like shooters) love this game (and gw2) so much that it became my favorite game of all time. I EVEN GOT EVERY VERSION OF THIS GAME

The nostalgia is killing me
I still play the game to this day. I also love sniping poeplr with the fire cactus or camo cactus. But i know this is the non toxic game ive ever played. Its theme of all the ridiculous content is amazing aswell.
