Any visible scar on the body while wearing the uniform may be a cause of concern during selection.
Reason can be same as tattoos, airlines deal with passengers from different parts of the world with different mentality, some of them may create judgments about one’s scars onboard, these rules are in place to avoid any such conflicts. I am not taking anybody’s side here. I totally believe scars are normal I myself have a few. But the beauty standards that our society has created I believe that is the reason Airlines has such rules around this topic. There could be other reasons as well this is as per my understanding.

I hope you are recovering mentally now, try to heal the physical scar as well maybe use some creams or visit a dermatologist if the scar is actually visible.

There is no problem if you can conceal it.
But as I always say, remember that you mention it to your recruiters, conceal but never hide anything from them.

Kryolan Supracolor is perfect to conceal spots as such. In case you are looking for something reasonable to start with LA girl pro conceal will also do the job. I use in shade Vanilla.

Try to conceal it with make up or visit a dermatologist. However you hide it, remember to always mention it to the recruiters.

Airlines will be the best one’s to answer your question as it is medical related.
I will suggest keep managing it to maintain a normal lifestyle as far as I am aware of it should not be a concern unless it is causing health issues. But keep in mind Crew life has no schedule & it’s difficult to maintain a normal lifestyle. Lastly, reach out to the airline to get clarity on your question.

Try to conceal the scar but disclose it to the recruiters during interview. If you cannot conceal it still go for the interview, recruiters will tell you IF they like you as a Candidate what is to be done for that scar.
I have dark elbows is it okay?
I feel even I have dark elbows & knees. And most of the things are just fine we unnecessarily keep worrying abt wrong things. Cabin crew are human beings and it’s natural. Try going for the interview and see.

Yes you can cover the scar however you want. But always declare it to the interviewer, never hide it from them.

Depending on how visible the marks are. Considering if it would be visible while wearing Uniform or stockings. Still if it would be a problem recruiters will tell you might as well go and try.

First and foremost, believe in your worth no job or position can define your worth. Nothing is end all be all. If not this you will definitely excel in something or somewhere else.
Simultaneously if you can do something abt the scar such as treatment, creams do it. Also, go for the interview and get an idea from the recruiters itself.

Criteria has to be met. As you are just 2 cms short I will suggest try some stretching and spine elongation exercises consistently it might help.

Hii mam i have scar it is birth scar in my hand its near thumb side🥹🥹its not consiable and Dr tell it's not possible to remove scar, 😔😔😔 so what can i do 😔 when i went last time bmi they didn't notice it i got rejected at last due to communication in Hindi it was my 1st time interview i got nervous
That’s ok. Prepare again and try. If the scar is a problem but they like you in other aspects they will tell you. Don’t let that scar hold you from trying.

I believe you are asking abt the scar after the surgery? If the scar is still there then it must be on the non visible part of the body while wearing uniform which should be ok.
If you are asking it is Medically allowed to become a CC after this surgery? I again believe it is cured, so it should not be a problem but will still suggest the Airline will be the able to answer this question exactly.

Yes. You can use contact lenses while flying and for your interview.

I understand and am sure you are progressing and healing your mental health these days. I will suggest try to heal the physical scar as well, maybe consult a dermatologist. Once that is clear you may appear for the interview.

It is my biggest dream to wear that uniform to work as a cabin crew, and to live as a cabin crew. I'll never give up on this. So I'll do whatever I can to heal the scar.
